I didn't choose to use Bates, rather was required by insurance after an accident. I glad we did. They were so professional and kept me informed of any delays. They even cleaned the snow off my car when I came to pick it up!

Had white paint all over the bottom passenger side frame and under the front and back of the wheel frame. Bates replaced everything with new parts and when it was finished it look great they also got her washed.We also had a very nice rental car while we waited for our car to get done they also kept in contact letting us know how everything was going. I would Definitely recommend Bates Collision. Thanks 👍🏻

Had to wait months for repairs to get done, the repairs were so-so, and then they call a month later asking for more money. Plenty of body shops to choose from.
