I was extremely happy with this visit. The view while eating was very nice and romantic. There's ducks in the water. A little on the pricey side but definitely worth it. The spinach and artichoke dip was very fine and shredded but fabulous. The Pepsi was crisp. My pasta was so flavorful. My boyfriend said it was orgasmic.

It was another great stay at the Sheraton. We were able to get early check-in that worked for us since 4pm check-in was a little late for the plans we had. Its nice to have the option for early check in.I love the bay area and there so much to do. It's nice you can just leave your car and walk to so many nearby places. The bayside view rooms are just amazing. Nothing beats watching the sunset from your room!!! The shower pressure to the very comfortable bed.. can't beat the accommodations!!! We look forward to our next visit real soon.

The pictures on the website make this hotel appear like the premier hotel here. It is true that it is on the bay and the views are spectacular, even from our bayside view room, but the rest is a bit lackluster. The pool photo must have been accurate at some point but they frosted the bottom glass so you can no longer see the bay. We went to sit outside and decided not to thumb wrestle for the ONE sun chair. You can walk around the corner but then you feel like you're sitting in the restaurant space. Disappointing. Other than that the staff were pleasant and accommodating and our stay was relaxing. Personally if I had to do it over I would choose the Courtyard.

Many of the staff were very welcoming, however it seemed that there is lack of training when it comes to tax exemptions. I had mentioned to first lady upon check-in that we would need one to which she replied she would make a note on our ticket and for us to bring the form down whenever available. Then after trying to drop off the form, I was told it was filled out incorrectly. I thought I had corrected it and gave it to another lady who then apparently lost it so I had to fill out a third form. The fitness center was adequate and the rooms, specifically the bathrooms, could do with an update. But all in all, it meet the needs. I would probably recommend the Hampton across the way, since it comes with at least a free breakfast, since my coworker was charged $30 per day for breakfast. Yikes!

My Wife and I stayed here for our 10th wedding anniversary. The Hotel was under construction, however the Staff and Stephos had everything ready and upgraded Us to a Bay View. Pool and Hot Tub are available. Food and beverages are provided for libations, if you like that. Overall, we had a Wonderful Time at Sheraton!!

Why a 3.5 instead of at least a 4? Nobody's room should be directly across from the elevator. Because it was a Friday in fall v. spring/summer, I am going to assume less wedding/weekend/family traffic but we heard every elevator ding and conversation. The room was spacious. It had a view of the lake and conference center. The bathroom had double doors, sparkling white fluffy towels, and fancy liquid hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. After driving for several hours, we sank into the beds and pillows. One our favorite aspects of the room were the BLACK OUT curtains. Literally couldn't see my hand. A small trickle of light from the elevator hallway showed under the main door. Other positives. breakfast was included in my reservations. Hearty. We were attending the Sea Glass Festival at the convention center. From the hotel lobby, down a hallway, elevator to 4th floor, down the hallway, cross the sky walk, and down the elevator to the conference center. It was 40+ degrees outside and dreary ... staying inside priceless. Will we be back yes ... but will specify room away from elevator!

We stayed at this hotel last night. Would give this place 2 1/2 stars. First thing that got me was the $14 surcharge to park in the garage, not sure what other option I had. Was able to check in an hour early, and they advised us to let them store our bicycles in their locker, rather than leave them on our bike rack and locked with a cable lock. As soon as we opened the door to our room, I could smell a musty smell. Next thing I noticed was we could hear the ding noise every time the elevator reached our floor since we were right next to it. We didn't notice it earlier, but as we went to bed we noticed that the window shade would not close. It was too late to call the front desk and have them repair it. The next morning the sunlight was shining in our room very early without the shade. We had breakfast included in our rate, and the food quality was good. The service was not so good. A table near us that was seated 5 minutes after us, we're eating before we received our food. I noticed a poster saying that the hotel was to be renovated in late 2022. Much needed in my opinion. I would not recommend this hotel at this time.

The Sheraton Erie Bayfront hotel is everything you'd want in a seaside resort. The architecture and decor are inspiring, the service impeccable, and the views astonishing. Add to that its location on Presque Isle Bay, its proximity to myriad restaurants and taverns, and the bustling marina. You can't go wrong here!

The shower in the room had pink mold and black mold on the walls and glass doors. This aggravated my partners and my allergies. Also tried turning the heater on and a burning smell started coming out of the heater, so we turned it off and decided not to try again. There was vomit out front for hours on Saturday morning. Stains all over the hallway carpeting. We watched multiple drug deals go down in the parking lot. Watched a kid in a bmw doing a burnout of the parking area going up the pier on the wrong side and almost hit an elderly couple in a pickup truck. Sunday morning there were actual drugs on the ground outside toward the entrance to the tower. For as high class as this hotel is supposed to be I did not feel safe staying there and I would never take my children there. This seemed to be a spoiled rich kids hangout spot with dangerous activity going on.

This hotel is very very nice! I really am enjoying my room. It's very spacious. The beds are large and very cozy. The view is the Marina is super cool! You'll get to see many boats pulling in and out including the pirate ship which is sure to make your little ones smile! The bathroom is very large with impressive double doors. You are given Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash, Hand wash and Lotion. It's all very good even fighting through the Presque isle beach sand residue and wave tangled hair. Location is amazing being a short drive to so many great such as peach street, the before mentioned Presque isle, an amazing chocalte shop and a shopping mall. Great hotel in a great area!
