I just heard they're going out of business. I couldn't be less surprised. Everyone there is rude and generally unworthy of a job. Ignorant, arrogant people the few times I did shop here.

We stopped last week because we seen the Going out of business sign & wasn't sure how long it had been up. I'm guessing from the prices it had just went up within the last few days. Anything I was interested in buying was only 10-15% off. I was told they will still deliver furniture nearby anyway. Worth checking out, I'd imagine bigger discounts now than when I went almost a week ago.

Recently, while in Erie, I purchased a Powerxl Smart Microwave Air Fryer. However, when I got back to Cleveland and opened the box it was quite obviously a return. The top inside of the box was filled with Walmart bags. They were covering up and wrapped around the shattered glass microwave tray.
This thing is heavy and big. Certainly not easy to load back up and return. Yet, next week, when I'm headed back to Erie, I have to do just that.
Do better management! This should never have been put back on the shelf in stock.

Prices are high. Somethings don’t have prices and if they don’t they make you walk back and check it. If it’s the last one and they don’t have anymore (with a price) they tell you they can’t sell it. How do you not have the price for your own ITEMS!!!! Do better management. Speaking of management there is an older gentleman there and he is very rude and condescending to other staff and customers including myself. Very unfortunate.

A set of deck chairs were shipped to the store missing the cushions. I inquired about a discount. The manager offered 15%, which didn't cover the cost to replace the cushions. Very disappointing.

Absolutely one of the worse places to work at. WARNING DONT work here if you want to be treated with disrespect, or if you don’t want managers that don’t know how to be managers. Matt one of the employees there was horrific. Called me names, picked on me constantly, and when I didn’t know what to do with a package and where to put it when we were doing truck he would snatch it out of my hand hurting me in the process by snatching it. When I came to a manager about Matt no one did a thing and told me “ that’s just Matt” it was horrible and I recommend not shopping or working there if you want to be treated with disrespect?

Cashier was rude, they had a product out in the cooler that they "unauthorized to sale" and instead of saying sorry about the inconvenience they flat out yelled at me about how he can't sale it. I said you should let a manager know there is a whole cooler and they cashier response was they already know. Manager had walked up for something, I asked if they were a manager they shrugged and said yeah. I said you should probably pull product that your not "authorized to sale" the Manger again shrugged me off. I said by the I wasn't even asked for my rewards number. All in all horrible customer service and manager response.
