“I went in to see a specific used car. Jess was fabulous and welcoming and very knowledgeable about Hondas, which was the make of car I wanted to see.
In the course of allowing me to road test the car, she noticed my driver's license had just expired.
She walked me through the process of getting a temp license on the spot, and explained that she is also a notary.
The car I drove was used but in new-car condition, beautifully presented and clean. It was also a great price especially because Jack Cooney's does the PA inspection for you before sale.
I did not buy that car because it wasn't quite what I was looking for (it was exactly as advertised but I realized I wanted more technology features) and I needed to replace a totaled car ASAP as my rental car coverage was running out.
But had I had more time I would have waited until the right car came in just so I could buy it with the peace of mind buying from Jack Cooney's would bring. Thanks Jess ! You are a great asset to the Erie used auto market! So professional, knowledgeable, and kind.”

“I have to give a giant shout out to Eric and the crew here! I was in an auto accident then lead to have my vehicle fixed at Roth… big mistake! Over 3 months later after multiple problems I picked it up from Roth and drove it directly to Platinum for a post repair inspection.They uncovered the unsafe low quality repair Roth had done and it ended up with the vehicle being totaled.
