Wonderful selection of stylish Western wear. It looks nice and is good quality. Ariat brand is my favorite. They fit well when I am riding my horse. Most of my clothes are from Boot Barn, except for jeans. (The jeans are attractive but more dressy, not at all suited to the barn. Lol.) The staff is usually friendly and helpful.
The store could use a few benches for my very patient husband.
Highly recommended!

They had great buy 1 get 1 free going on.
Lots of boots to choose from. I recommend the one in Erie pa. It was very nice.

The selection they have of size 14 boots are slllllim at best. The fee pair they do carry are silly looking and or if cheap quality. I got a pair of Jason work boots and the sole started falling off the second day I wore them. I exchanged them for a different brand, it was the only other pair of work boots they had in my size.

Not a very big selection of western boots for women size 11. Didn't end up finding a pair I liked. The store has other nice items though.

I went in with my sister with the intention of buying 2 pairs of boots. Although we did walk out with boots costing us about $600 we are pretty disappointed by the customer service. For not having much experience in boot buying we had a few questions that probably could have been easily answered if we were even approached by an employee. There were multiple customers in the store looking at boots as well. But we were ignored by all 4 workers in the section while they were either stocking shelves or talking to each other or even eating on the store floor. We were not approached until after we had decided what we wanted and were walking up to the counter. A worker then realized we were purchasing something than decided to finally talk to us. The manager was clearly disappointed on the fact we were not helped. I probably would have been more willing to purchase something other than boots that day but with the cold and unwelcoming attitude of the workers I decided to not stick around much after finding the boots I wanted.

Went there with the intention of purchasing a cowboy hat.
As I stood by the display wall, reading, trying on various hats.
Watching 3 employees laugh and talk at the cash register.
Another refold shirts.
Noone was the least bit interested in anyone in the store shopping.
After a few minutes I left.
There is another store in Washington PA. Not the boot barn.
Will try there.

Love it seems like the only place I can find what I need. Work even got married In boots from there. Love the Cody James jeans.

They have low rise jeans in the brand ariat. They are the closest to the 2000's style low rise that i have been able to find.

Great selection of clothes. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I learned quite a bit about cowgirls from Lauren (I hope I got her name right).
