I arrived at 5:20 on Sunday 6/9 when the store closed at 6pm. Several times the speaker said they would be closing the doors at 5:55. At 5:40 I had about 6 items in my hands I was buying. First register I went to I stood there for at least 2 full minutes before the girl looked up from the register and said she’s already done for the day. Next I went to the shoe department to pay and asked the lady if she could help me and she loudly said “ughhhhhh” and looked at me with a digested face and I said never mind I’ll find someone else. As I walked away she made rude comments to another customer about me. I then went to the intimates section where the girl also told me she can’t help me she’s already starting to count her drawer even though I was paying with a card. Finally I arrived at a desk where another customer was already being helped at 5:46. A woman who advised she was a manager and was very polite told me she’d talk to the other women who refused to help me and made a comment that they can’t find any employees to work so they basically take what they can get. Maybe don’t shut every register in the store down a half hour before your store closes? I absolutely love Boscov’s but after today I will never step foot in another one again. 0/10 in terms of customer service.

I contacted Boscov's to report that an RCA turntable I bought on Dec. 18 as a Christmas present for my husband had totally stopped working. We had only used it five times at most since he opened the gift on Christmas Day. I thought they might offer to exchange it for a record player that works but the response I got was that no returns are accepted after 90 days. This wasn't a return request; I wanted an equal exchange for something that works! Very disappointed that Boscov's has told me I'm out of luck, simply because I hadn't bothered to try the record player between the New Year and March 18, when it could have been returned.

Some nice sales but prices have seemed to go up about 50% then many of the other stores we have gone into.

Salea person missed taking security tag off of a jacket my mom bought. We drove home, 45 miles, to find it still on! Had to go back the next day, another 45 miles, to have it removed. Manager was nice although she had a food stain on the front of her shirt. Gave my mom 15% off for our troubles. That did not even cover the gas there and back. Will think twice if we will go there again.

Just went to Boscovs to pick up a fund raiser kit for youth leadership non profit. Boscovs will allow all non profits to sell a ticket to shop on Oct 18th from 8am to 11pm and it will be closed to the public for people to shop at 25 percent off.The store was very large. Very clean. Multiple people shopping on a Thursday afternoon. Prices were a little steep for people on a budget but it's quality. The 2 people I stopped to ask for directions were pleasant.Downside customer service was not easy to get to if you are disabled unless you're in a wheelchair.

I've never been to this store before as we just moved from Buffalo. Really nice place. It's large and has a huge selection for all sizes. There always seems to be sales as well, so you can usually find a great deal. Such cute dresses when we went.
