I have come here a total of 4 times. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. they are miraculously "out of fajita veggies" and my food is always ice cold. I am so darn tired of paying soo much money to not get what I want. When I brought it up to the employee she said "they didn't prep enough". I'm going to Moe's or even taco bell before I go to this trash place again.

The food is always really good here BUT THEY ARE ALWAYS OUT OF THE VINAIGRETTE OIL!! I DON'T KNOW WHY THEY NEVER HAVE the dressing.Parking: There's plenty of parking. No issues with it. The door is on the buffalo road side so handicap would want to park on the buffalo road side.Wheelchair accessibility: You can wheel right up onto the sidewalk and into the restaurant.

Ordered on the app, got my sour cream on the side, when I opened the bag the sour cream had spilled all over which ruined the tortilla inside and got all over the bag. Getting anyone on the phone was impossible as the automated system kept repeating itself. To correct the issue and they gave us a sour cream and a SCALDING hot tortilla in foil in my husband hand without a bag which burned his hand.

We placed an order on the app. Unfortunately we selected the wrong location. You cannot cancel your order on the app once placed. It took us 10 minutes to try and get a hold of someone at the restaurant to cancel it. We tried the live agent and 2 phone calls later and finally someone answered. By that time our order was ready. We ended up driving 30 minutes out of our way and another 30 minutes back. The app should give the option to cancel or otherwise you should be able to speak to a person. Good food but their app is not good. Be careful when ordering. Hopefully our order is right.

First shift my food is always chewy and nasty, they never fulfill my bowl with enough anything. Very slim with every item, also chicken steak and ect is always chewy. Night shift is always 110% better.

The rice is still hard and chew the food didn’t look fresh. Chipotle. Everyone is complaining about that if the comments section. Please consider that you are losing customers in this location.

Very disappointed with the few recent times I was there! Last time, I was charged double for my gauc and this time they forgot to give me chips. I shouldn’t have to check everything 100 times and drive back to get something fixed. Instead they should just do their job! Honestly, this place is becoming not worth the money. And then I bit into a rock!!!! So glad I didn’t break my tooth.

Went in at 6:30 pm and almist every meat was empty. The guac was empty. They said 2 to 3 minutes on chicken. They told me i had to get back in line. Went a couple times to this Chipotle. Wow I'll travel to west 12th st for now on.

Came in from out of town, the lady that took our order was absolutely rude, and honestly should of used better hygeine! We ordered double things on our meals and she gave so little and still over charged us. We paid $45 for regular sized meals, and couldn't even go back living an hour away. Won't return.

The employees were very nice and helpful, my 1st time going there and it was a positive experience. In my opinion it's a bit too expensive though.

If you are reading this review stay far far away from this place. They have literally messed up our order every singletime. I should have learned the first time. they make it impossible to get a refund (stores won't process refunds for online orders...seriously) and its almost impossible to get a human on the line when calling. I was actually successful in getting ahold of someone to commit to a refund in two instances but I still have yet to see that money. It's a scam, and this company is made up of thieves!! Don't waste your time on the overpriced food. I won't get my money back I'm sure of it but I hope to leave these reviews everywhere I can to at least prevent more people from falling victim to the same scam that is Chipotle.
