“Bro!! I get they may make commission but that doesn't account for the extreme above and beyond I ALWAYS receive. So this last time was a Ms. Dani but my normal girl is (so sorry if I get name wrong) McKenzie. Both these ladies are so sweet. Dani really made me want to leave a review tho bc she really helped me out outfits together and was fabulous! They are normal not judgy or rude or hating their jobs where you can totally tell lol Example, Dani found me a cute long sleeve for my hubby on the clearance rack bc I said I wasn't trying to spend too much ($460 later?) she also looked at me without saying anything and knew I had on Payton style buckle jeans and had my size perfect! She brought over a few new ones that were rocking! There is one other girl that's sooo awesome I've only had once or twice but she helped me order those ball hammock boxer for my hubby in a certain print they didn't have in store and she just went threw them all with me and not like oh gosh here we go... she was like oh these are cute or naw not these lol she was awesome! Just a shout out to the whole erie store they really are great folks? Also let me add the clothing is so durable! I've had a pair of buckle jeans for years! It's become the only kind I like and I used to be a die hard AE girly. Yes some of the stuff seems pricey but when you was a knit top close to 100 times and it looks great still ima pay it! Also I look and feel good and confident in their clothes. The girls are not afraid to say umm let's try this instead.”
“There is a man who works there who followed my fiance and I around probably thinking we were stealing. When we were cashing out my fiance had the price sticker in her hand and when the cashier was going to scan it she lost the sticker and this man immediately interrupted and was like I saw you take the sticker off as we were trying to get it for a cheaper price. That was really rude and embarrassing when we had the money.”

“It's good to be able to go clothes shopping and be able to buy more than 5 pieces of clothing for less than $100.
We were able to get a few summer outfits for the kids for under $50 each kid. Just a few outfits to start the summer season. We'll definitely be back soon to complete the summer shopping.”

“Would be a 5 star except everytime I go to checkout there's only 1 cashier with a line that builds up when there's several other employees around the store. Ive waited 20 minutes with 2 people in front of me before. That's my only complaint”
“I had a great experience at H&M at Millcreek Mall. This location truly stands out for its variety, organization, and overall shopping atmosphere.
The selection is excellent. Whether you’re shopping for men’s, women’s, or kids’ clothing, there’s a strong mix of trendy pieces, everyday basics, and seasonal items. I especially appreciate how easy it is to find stylish outfits without spending a fortune. You can put together a full look at very reasonable prices, and the quality for the price point is solid.
The store itself is bright, spacious, and well laid out. Everything feels organized, making it easy to browse without feeling overwhelmed. The fitting rooms were clean and well maintained, which always makes a difference in the overall experience.
What really made this a five-star visit was the staff. They were friendly, approachable, and helpful without being pushy. Checkout was smooth and efficient, even during a busier time.
Overall, this H&M location is a great stop at Millcreek Mall. Trendy styles, affordable prices, and a pleasant shopping environment make it easy to come back again and again. Definitely one of the better clothing stores in the mall.”
“Had just a few minutes to waste before my doctors appointment this afternoon so I visited this store for the first time today. I was immediately impressed with the courteous kind reception from the owner as soon as I walked in. Although I didn't have much time to scope the whole store out, I did get a chance to notice the ergonomics of the store. All the clothing was well placed and organized in a manner that made it easy for me to view/use much better than some of the big box stores. I can tell a great deal of effort was put into the display arrangements.Although some of the clothing was geared more towards the younger customers, I did find a good amount of designer clothing that appealed to me as an older adult and model.I would definitely recommend this store to others and I am definitely going to be shopping here in the future. Great store.”

“I go to this store at least twice a month to take advantage of their sales. I always end up buying something. The best sale I’ve seen is on their T-shirts which are buy one get TWO FREE. Jeans are sometimes buy one get one free. Just can’t beat it! and their clothes are very trendy too and so cool abs their fragrances OMG so nice!! I get many compliments on my outfits I buy! I will be back again very soon.”
