I came in today to get a new device, I was switching from Metro by T-Mobile. I wish I would of got the ladies name! ❤️ She was super nice and professional, as well as the gentleman there with her. I came in with $160 and they got me into a IPhone SE (2020) (Color: Red) and I got phone case w/ screen protector included, and Cricket + protection and walked out paying $118 and some change. She was amazing! What a wonder store experience, with 2 polite employees! 10/06/21 Thanks y’all. ☺️- Eric Adkins

It's not necessarily that the help is bad, however, my download speed with 5G should not be 10mbps and my upload >1. Want my advice? T-Mobile is better. I have a Galaxy S21 too. I used to like Cricket. I used to be capable of 200+mbps but recently they're heading towards being the same as sprint.

I just recently got them and no one wants to help me with the billing issue. I have it where automatically comes out of my account and they take that out and then they don't take out the extra coverage off at the same time so they turned my phone off over 27 bucks that they could have taken out. When I signed up they could of said hey that doesn't automatically come out. But what is the point of auto pay if only part of it comes out. Plus I couldn't understand the customer service lady. So I called the store by me and he said I can't help you over the phone.

This is only for Sabrina, she deserves a raise!!!!! cricket needs more ppl like her!!!! Taylor is great as well, Now cricket on the other hand as a provider, Im not thrilled with them, 611 is useless. hopefully no future issues.
