Custom Audio installed a Sony head unit to replace the factory unit in my 2018 Subaru, so I could access Apple CarPlay. Couldn’t be more pleased with the results…looks great and they seamlessly integrated it into the factory audio system, steering wheel controls, and backup camera. Highly recommend!

Fantastic customer service. Personalized attention to detail. No high pressure sales. They had exactly what we were looking to purchase. From scheduling the install to receiving the final product, it was only a matter of a couple days. I highly recommend Custom Audio.

Walked in with $800 in my pocket, one guy inside reading a book and was to into the book to acknowledge me. I looked at some high priced subs and amps in the sound booth, then lwft without a single word from the guy. Garbage store.

I recently inquired about a car starter, and a new stereo system. I spoke with A.J. who was so informative and helpful! He took the time to explain everything that would be done and helped me decide exactly what I wanted to fit my needs. Definitely going here to get everything done. 10/10

My remote start would not work after installing new batteries. On the coldest winter day and a foot of snow I was so upset 🙁.. I stopped at Custom Audio close to my house and was met by Sondralee with a big smile 😊 and welcome!! Without having to make an appointment she began to help me and with her amazing electronic experience she got the remote working!! I was amazed and beyond happy!! 😃 No Charge!!! A gift is on the way ! Happy New Year to me🥳🥳🥳 Thank You Sondralee❤️ ❄️

This place is Hands down one of the best audio shops I ever dealt with.they are top notch. I went in there this morning to have some work done. These guys make you feel at home that's no exaggeration. I had my wife and a 2 and 3 year old. These guys put on a Disney show for the children on a 77 inch big screen TV. They offered coffee and drinks for everyone
Now for the work it is perfect just what I needed and wanted if I could I would have gave them 10 stars because 5 stars in my eyes is an under statement . They will be seeing me and others again. Once again thank you very much for letting us feel so blessed while being there

What an amazing business.
Few days ago I took my car in that needed some speaker repair, was tired of the problems I had with the factory replacements so I decided to stop by Custom Audio. With absolutely no idea what I was looking for and welcomed warmly, Nick, Sondra, AJ and more had me an entire speaker set up replacement picked out with options and cost in literally minutes. They got me scheduled in quickly for only little more than a day away. They had the job done quickly, offered complete transparency during the process and was very communicative. Custom Audio really showed me how serious they are about providing top notch, QUALITY service to all of their customers.
If you’re even a little bit curious about upgrading or repairing your sound system in your car, you’d be silly to not at least stop by and speak with the pros!

I have to start with... I never leave reviews, but felt compelled to leave one for my experience with Custom Audio. I struggled with a stereo install for a couple of months and just wasn't able to get it right. I had purchased a couple of things through Custom Audio and asking questions. I have a 2024 Ram and these new vehicles are nightmares to figue out. The owner Sondralee went out of her way to help me in every way. Finally I broke down and had to ask for help and have them go over my work to figure out what was wrong. They were able to help me within a 1hr visit. The guy that worked on my truck (of course I didn't get his name) was super nice and did a great job. Couldn't recommend them enough. They really are the best. High end equipment and high level knowledge.

Great service with friendly and knowledgeable staff. My son's grandfather gifted him a car, but no rear back-up camera and just an AM/FM radio with CD player. Custom Audio was able suggest the perfect smart radio and back-up camera option and install looks like it was built this way, with even smart connection in center console!
