CVS has all the medical supplies I need on hand and at a reasonable price. ALL STAFF are friendly and helpful. Also, their stores are clean and well- lighted.

Horrible customer service. I have tried repeatedly to contact anyone in the pharmacy but their phone service will not allow you to speak to a human. It insists on you leaving a voicemail and they say they will contact you in less than an hour.

I love this CVS! It’s close to where I live, the Carepass and rewards are great and the online ordering/pickup process is very quick and efficient! The staff is always friendly and helpful and I love the convenience of the drive-thru pharmacy!

There is ALWAYS a problem with my prescriptions. From rxs not in stock to insurance questions to cvs's own strict policies. Pharmacist with a beard is not very helpful or personable. It's like talking to a robot. It shouldn't be this difficult to get a prescription filled but without fail, cvs sterrettania will find a way to make you wait, call your doctor and/or insurance company. I've had nothing but problems here.

Absolutely awful experience with this pharmacy. Recieved no notification when I called in the refill that my insurance needed updated. The staff that I dealt with regarding the matter was extremely rude. When I came back the next day with my new insurance cards, I was told the medication was put back and that I'd have to wait for them to fill it again, which is ridiculous. I will be switching pharmacies. I reccomend anywhere but here.

Technicians and Pharmacist are very rude. They claim Very important medicine is on back order or not available and they don't have the common courtesy to call and let you know your very important everyday medicine is not available when it's on auto order. They claim that they are not able to get it, yet my local mom and pop pharmacy paid a little extra to get it for us the next day. They care more about their profit margins instead of a 12 year olds needed daily prescription. They only want to order from some cheap Chinese distributors instead of taking an extra 5 minutes out of their day to find it elsewhere like Girard Pharmacy did. Unfortunately my insurance requires us to use them

This website vaccine page was very difficult and not easy to navigate. I became very frustrated and just gave up. I will just have my PCP order the vaccines I need.
