Very rude and condescending. Not helpful or professional to say the least.

Called and spoke with Dan in pharmacy, he wasn't willing to wait 2 minutes to pick up our prescription for my wife's muscle relaxers. Dude was super rude, I wouldn't recommend.

If you have Medicare and are disabled please carefully consider using this pharmacy, specifically at this location. Certain Medicare companies partner with CVS and recipients can get a quarterly stipend for certain over the counter products but please note that you are not required to fill your regular prescriptions there. My mother uses this pharmacy and has had so many issues that it boarders on dangerous. She is disabled and does not drive so she is dependent on reliable delivery of various medications for diabetes and other serious conditions. The closest CVS to her is 35 min away so she was happy to take advantage of the free delivery service offered, thinking that this is her only option to use CVS. We spoke with the pharmacist at the drive through window, me being present in the car at the time, and set up delivery - verified address. There were two separate occasions that life saving medication of hers (including heart/diabetes) were not shipped at the right time, she was not notified, and was out of medication for 3 days. When I found out I lodged a formal complaint with the manager and again we verified address and delivery and had to specify again that we exclusively want only delivery. This was twice. Then - CVS decided to start charging for delivery and used my mother’s card that was on file. My mother is on a fixed income and did not know the charge was coming through at the end of the month and delivery was denied. Her medication was not sent and she was not notified. Again, I lodged a complaint and was informed of the issue that suddenly they were charging a monthly fee for delivery. I put my debit information in the system so this would not happen again. She was out of medication for two days. The final straw was when my mother was prescribed another glucose meter by her doctor. I drove from out of town to pick this up for her only to find out it was out of stock. It would not be in for two more days. No call, no notification. Nothing. This cannot happen. As a pharmacy you have a responsibility to those in desperate need of care, to offer reliable services no matter what the insurance, no matter the disability. You cannot be a manager of a pharmacy and use the excuse, “I can’t believe my team did this. I’m going to kill my team.” This is your responsibility. Fix it.

Nice clean store, appears to be recently remodeled. There is a great selection of seasonal and everyday HBC items, and they have a nice selection of local books to purchase. They are located not to far from the beach there, which makes it nice. Sales people are friendly and helpful.

The staff at this store are very knowledgeable. I was having a hard time finding a particular type of allergy medicine and the store manager found it almost immediately. She knows the store like the back of her hand and takes pride in her work.

I've called three or four times in a row trying to get a hold of somebody in the pharmacy with a simple question. CVS has chosen to run their customers around instead of directing you right to a person in the store that can help you. Shame on them. Do better CVS.

This pharmacy is great! I came here and got my second dose and will be coming here again for my booster. :) Nice and friendly staff.

Transferred ALL my prescriptions to a different pharmacy chain. CVS uses the cheapest drugs from labs who are constantly recalling their meds. (DrReddys Lab) is one for example. It almost killed me! Do your research people, not all generics are created equal. CVS only cares about profit, has rude employees and I'll never shop at CVS especially this store ever again!

Worst cvs I've ever been too. Best one in town is west 6th street. These people give you attitude and are not friendly at all. Can barely fulfill basic medications Ina. Timely manner. Such a wast of time and gas.

It is never an out of town trip unless you forgot something and you look for the nearest store that is convenient enough to pick up said item. I already know what you are thinking, and yes I am aware of it. I am going to pay more here than at an establishment that offers the same item at a far lower price. But when you are already spent for the day and just want that one item, you will make sure to make it work. Ran in and started to search for the item I needed. Listen, I'm not going to lie, I came here for toilet paper. I don't care who you are, but you should pack toilet paper to take with you unless you are able to stand up to that sandpaper they supply in the hotel. The hardest part about being here was that I had to decide which one was going to be best, and which one was not going to be my biggest purchase for the day so far. Made it up front, paid and was on my way. Didn't take me too long and I was on my way.

A great place to shop for pharmacy needs. A great place to do a quick in-n-out sale. Not much else stands out. They now have an in store ATM. Machine. I have bought personally from the pharmacy and they were always nice and quick. 30 minutes Really means 15 if they have no rush or a big crowd goin into the pharmacy. Other available items are less "quiik-e-mart" and more supermarket style. You will notice that they're primary service (other than Rx) is in selling household daily living type things. Bathroom, Kitchen, Living Room, Laundry Room.. even a (very) limited clothes selection for the summer), mostly souvenir type. Nice Sunglasses for a relatively cheap price..Great for the convenience of grabbing some item only found usually in the big "Giant Eagles" or Wally World .. just get it here, and save the headache of dealing with the heavy crowds of those latter mentioned stores. Unless of course, you plan on spending up the expensive gas money to get to Walmart, just to save a quarter.

Absolutely the WORST pharmacy! If they're not trying everything to jab you with a COVID vaccine they are completely dropping the ball on scripts! Had my dr send a refill order on the 6th so it would be ready on the 18th and it was ready last night the 17th, The app said it was ready for pickup at noon the next day! I look at the app before I go to get it and it's OUT OF STOCK! And CANNOT be transferred because of the type of script it is. This isn't the only failure I've experienced with this poorly managed location! I'm yanking ALL my prescriptions and going somewhere else! STEER CLEAR OF THIS FAILURE OF A PHARMACY!
