“Friendly helpful staff. Relatively clean and organized. But the worst part is there is a very poor selection. When shopping for multiple customers at this location I was hard-pressed to find the items on the order.”

“This is kind of the forgotten dollar tree in Erie. It's up on Peach St by Kohl's and although there's usually people in it, it's never crowded and the items are usually well stocked and not messy so it's easy to find what you're looking for. Whether it's seasonal decor for crafting or it's a quick run in to get your favorite toothpaste, if Dollartree carries it, they likely have it in this store. The staff tend to be less harried and that gives them more time to be kind if you need help with something. Check it out. It's kind of a local non-secret and I'm sure they'd love your company!”

Store Is Always Well Stock With All The New Trades And All Kind Of Seasonal Home-ware , Decorations , Kitchen Warie and Supplies,Cleaning Products ,Small Hardwares , Pets Supplies etc...Gif Baskets and Goodie Bags, All Occasional Cards , Snacks Junk Food just to Mention A Few From Top of My Head , And Way Much More , In short, everything your home needs can be found here, don't Get me Wrong don't expect Prime Quality For Such a Cheap Item, But The Quality is Very Competitive Compared With Big Brand Names...For Your Surprise they Also Carrie Brand Names, and Very Good Imitations and Very Good Knocked-outs, At The End of The Road I'll Save You Big $$$ at The Register.. My Way of Seeing It or Analyzing It is That Dollar Tree is Just a last minute Emergency Easy on Your Pockets Quick Fix.....lol...
But I Love It & Enjoy Browsing Around To See What's New...!

“Almost every time I go into this location, the manager, Mandie is working. ALWAYS greeting customers. Always smiling. Once , I was overcharged. She immediately addressed the issue. Yesterday, I went in for one thing I couldn't find. She dropped everything she was doing to physically show me where the item was, I wasn't sure if I was buying the right thing, she explained the return policy. Just a very genuinely pleasant person. This location is out of my way, but I'd rather drive the extra 4 miles for the great service! Hire more Mandies!!!”
“This is my favorite store to grab something when I just need a few items. My only issue is that 75% of items are priced incorrectly on the shelves & the employees never change the price to what the tag says & say “sorry prices are changing too fast”. Either charge what it says, or take it down? That’s incorrect marketing.”
“I really love this Dollar General and I like all of the employees. I live so close that I walk here 2 to 3 times a day. I do wish someone would put a work order in to get the ice cooler fixed though. I need the ice and I am tired of paying full price each time for 1/4 full bags of ice. It's been over 2 weeks and it's still the same ice in the cooler and the cooler is still broken.”
“Wheelchair accesible , has manual open doors .Wi-Fi , restrooms ,clean sanitary , pandemic precautions . Was a pleasant visit, friendly helpful staff . Store was very clean ,most aisles stocked and merchandise well fronted , though it was missing the large selection of clothes that the peach street location has , it was more on par with there newly built locations selection on buffalo road .”

“This place is great! Especially since the staffing change. If Dollar General itself could upgrade its items more often, that would be great. Definitely more of an automotive selection would be great, and many other things people would generally need. I mean, this company has enough revenue I'm sure to put a DG on Mars. Heck, we have a DG about a 1/4 mile from our hours, and literally another one on the same road about 3 miles away... So upgrading inventory and expanding shouldn't be a problem.Again tho staff is incredible here. My main man Cam really turned that place around cause it was pretty unorganized before. Along with the staff he manages they are great people.”

“The first time shopping here and the cashier was phenomenal. Every cashier I've ever had at this store is always angry, doesn't engage in any convos, not helpful and just very unpleasant but this cashier was very upbeat, helpful kind and respectful. She deserves to be recognized In some way. Pay raise, paid vacation days, health insurance, ect. Since COVID dollar general has the worst time having any employees, the employees they do have are very overworked, underpaid. They have to be full front end cashier, customer service, but they are expected to be all over the store unpacking the truck shipments that are so backed up, and watch for any customers ready to cash out. The better management treats their employees the better the employees will work for you.”
“Not the cleanest or the most well organized but taking into the fact supply chain issues and that they are probably short staffed , they get a pass this trip . Some aisles were impassible with little on shelf majority in the aisle , it is wheelchair Accesible except for some aisles . The checkout was a bit dirty and sanitation was not the de fault standard , but again pandemic delays and staffing issues can account for many “ retail sins” . It did have Wi-Fi .”

“I had an issue with the price of the Bigelow Green Tea Bags. FD cash register wrang up the incorrect price for the tea. FD clearly marked 2 for $6.00. This local FD store needs to have the manager go around and check to make sure all the prices are entered into your system correctly. I would have paid the $3.70 instead of the $3.00 ea. for the listed items, but the sign was clearly marked incorrectly. I truly do understand the issue concerning my request. I was employed at the Warren PA Dollar General for 2 years and this was a reoccurring issue at tha location also. I was impressed that your on duty manager authorized a price override and quickly covered the prices of the product so this does not occur again. The cashier also informed me that this was the second time this event occurred today so please make sure your FD store prices are updated and ring up properly at the register.”

“I’ve been coming here for a while now and honestly it’s always been shit but lately the staff all see more polite the place is clean the shelves are organized and the new manager is a breath of fresh air I can’t tell you how happy I am to consistently get a good experience when I shop here now after what it used to be and I’ve been coming here for years”

“Sadly, I can't see this place lasting much longer. They have nothing in stock in their refrigerated area and I mean nothing. They had some primitive fan system set up all summer and I guess expect their employees to work without air conditioning. I'm very disapointed as it's in a very convenient area to shop. I will now shop elsewhere.”
“I wish I had gotten her name... I was really impressed with one of the workers. When she realized I didn't clip the save $5 when u spend $25, she gave me time to get on my phone to add it. Also, she showed me a few other things to save me even more $. She went above & beyond when most wouldn't have mentioned anything at all because they were just trying to get me out the door. I know she said she normally works at the new one on west 38th. I was at the one on west 12th, next to Arby's.”

“Store was pretty empty, stock wise. The cashiers were fairly attentive however were more interested in going on break than to help find Ramen noodles. Go figure, most people don't really seem to work in order to get that weekly paycheck. Though from personal experience Dollar General doesn't value their employees nor do they compensate them accordingly.”
