Curt and Barb are the prime example of customer service and going over & above. As innovative problem solvers recently, they were able to help me retrieve an iPad that I left on a plane in England that ended up in France as they help me navigate delivery services and assisted in my communications to the lost and found, etc. It was a pretty impressive feat. Great experience! There's a solution for all your shipping needs there. I wish I had found this place earlier. Pleasant store, good pricing, easy parking. The owner found the ideal package for what I was sending and helped me secure the content.And you get email notifications, which is awesome because who remembers to track packages with our busy schedules??!!! Just perfect!

Erie Pack & Ship LLC made it happen for us! Unbelievable customer service still exists. Living in Virginia, we relied on them to obtain, pack and ship our favorite and sorely missed Erie goods. And boy did they come through! We can’t recommend Erie Pack & Ship enough!!
