Delivered my package to the wrong address and did nothing about it. Said delivered on 11/29/25 and was not at my address, I immediately called FedEx to talk to them about it and was assured they would retrieve my packages and have them delivered to my house. Then woke up on 12/1/25 to an email saying that they could not retrieve my packages and would be closing the case. The picture of my packages sitting on someone else’s front steps was devastating especially after I paid $300 for these items. I filed a complaint on whoever delivered them to the wrong address. FedEx did not do everything they could to get me my belongings.

Very easy to get to. FedEx is located inside the Walgreens. Its shared with the photo center. Quick and easy!

I needed packing tape to mail my package so I went into the location to buy it. I was going to have to take it back to the car to finish putting that label on the package but the FedEx clerk said that she would tape it for me with their supplies! Saved me about $8!

Very ok. Nice staff, but they don't accept packages for FedEx Ground. A corporate issue, but still enough to lower their overall grade.
