Just went in to get a title mailed out and a gentleman by the name of Kyle was very helpful as this was my first time sending out a tile to an insurance company definitely recommend stopping here over anywhere else !

This store is the worst, I got the laptop with a return label and I took my cracked screen laptop there and they said it is or store’s policy you have to buy a new box from here to ship it, which costs $26. Don’t waste your time and don’t go there.

I went to this fedex location to renew my passport. Ryan and Blake walked me through the process and helped troubleshoot a couple of snags I ran into. They were professional and personable the whole time! They made a stressful process much-less stressful and we had some laughs along the way! I’m holding my renewed passport! Thanks, friends!

If the service at this location were any slower -- we'd be going backward. Intended to make a quick stop to drop-off / return some leased ATT wifi equipment (modem, router, etc). Store seemed empty, but after 22 minutes of endless waiting in line I finally walked out.Drove 2- mins to the UPS Store down the street at 38th and Peach. They handed me a receipt w/ tracking and I was out the door in less than 30- seconds.This FedEX Store gets "zero stars" if that were possible. Slower than erosion.

Very slow service. No options to retrieve or meet driver to collect urgent packages asap. Very poor communication options. Minimum tracking info with a very large delivery time window. All this makes complications and inconveniences for businesses.
