I have been with First National Bank since March of 2023 and I love them so much! They have been beyond amazing especially at this branch, and whenever I have an issue it's always settled in a timely manner. Staff is great, clean branch, and very convenient location! I also love how after hours I can use my FNB Debit Card to enter the branch and do ATM Banking!I would highly recommend them!!!

Worst experience ever. Tried depositing a large sum of cash to pay a bill in the atm and my money was taken and not transferred to my account. I am still waiting to hear back because apparently they must file a dispute. As a former seven year loyal member to this bank I am very upset and plan on leaving as soon as my situation is settled

Kim, the bank manager, made an exception today and helped me out with cashing a check, even though I did not have an account. Not only did she get me out of a jam, she recruited me into opening up an account.

This is some of the worst customer service I have ever had. They literally told me to go to another bank because they let charges go through when I had no money in my account. They just want to get all of the money they can. Never go there.

Manager is the rudest, most unprofessional, unethical person I have ever spoken with, she wouldn't even let me get 3 words in without cutting me off like a drunken emotional teenager arguing with a boyfriend. I had banked with this institution on and off for over 10 years, as well as several family members. Closed my account today and felt a sense of satisfaction that rivals the day I canceled my cable through Time Warner/ Spectrum. Byyyyeeeeee horrible banking institution..... Byyyyyeeeeeee

I have a vehicle loan through this bank because they have a low interest rate. Biggest mistake I've ever made. They're customer service is absolutely terrible as when I call they don't take any extra steps to help me if they don't have to. Example; I need to renew my registration and lost the renewal I received in the mail. I called the office and the representative told me she doesn't have that information and had a slight attitude as if I was crazy for asking such a question. When I got my vehicle, I went to the office numerous times on the days I didn't work(I work in the hospital with crazy hours) to set up automatic withdraw. Well, it took 8 months to accomplish this. They lost my paper work two times, told me they can't do automatic withdraw from the bank I actually belong to and also told me its my other banks job to pay them! To pay them before the bill was due you have to go into the branch as they don't take payments on the phone unless the bill is due. Now that wasn't feesable because I work until 430 and couldn't make it in time. Needless to say, I will never do business with them again as Iv'e been through the ringer more times than I care for. They are very inconvenient and act as if you're inconveniencing them. Everyone else that I discuss this with also have a poor outlook on this "company".

Worst bank ever was told my business isn't worth $37 overdraft fee. And the overdraft for us for not having enough money in my savings account.
