Penny at Formality Bridal is wonderful! She made the shopping experience for the bride easy and fun. We came to the Erie location for the bride to get an idea of what she wanted, but ended up finding the perfect dress for her big day! The experience was perfect!

Nikki helped me try on dresses and she was very nice. She was kind and encouraging. There were plenty of dresses to look at, but not too many that it was overwhelming.
