I went to get my nails done for the second time to get a fill. It took two hours of waiting and I finally got my nails done. The process was fine but the price at the end. I was expecting 45$ and it was 55$. My sister who got a full acrylic set was 50$.

Got my feet done just to sit in a chair for 20 minutes waiting while the nail tech sat outside never again this was the worst experience I’ve had here but this shows me I will not be coming back

Every time I go the staff is wonderful. When I ask for specific designs or colors they are always eager to accommodate my requests. My nails have looked beautiful every time I leave there. I will continue to be a loyal customer!

I have been coming here for nails since towards the end of summer. I came in today for a new set. I requested All blue marble nails. There was miscommunication between me and the nail tech. He was not very receptive to the information I was telling him. He stated my nails at 9:10am it is now 11:27am and I just now left the shop. I told him to make them all blue no marble, it was clear he’s never done that design before.
He redeemed himself at the end, but they are still not done the right way. He also mixed up salt powders put pink and white on the same finger. Wouldn’t you just keep the same color? He also had to keep asking the lady behind him who’s done my nails a lot how to do the design and etc. I will be going back to the mall from now on or somewhere else. Too bad this shop is closer to my house.

The day after I got my nails done 3 of them were bleeding and infected. I called to let them know and the man who answered the phone laughed and told me I should be more careful. This is by far the nastiest salon I’ve seen and I would recommend staying away. Worst pedicure I’ve ever had (I wouldn’t even consider it a pedicure) and my dip nails have never looked worse.

These people suck, I had walked in there, and I told him I wanted to fill and the guys ripped my nails off and he made my nails bleed. I would not recommend this place. They are jerks, they don't listen to what you want on your nails, and they can't even do designs.So if you want something special, don't go here

I will NEVER return to this place again. It's a shame because Amy does wonderful work. However, Henry (who sits in the front) does not know how to speak to customers. He's just rude. I spend alot of money and tip well, to be treated like dirt. Don't advertise and say "walk-ins welcome" or better yet make an appointment on line, to come in and have Henry yell at you like you are stupid in front of a everyone working and other customers, saying " You should have called! " and keep taking like that to me until I walk out the door. Don't advertise for walk ins and stop letting people book appointments online. Unprofessional..
