I usually enjoy GetGo, but this particular location has been very disappointing due to repeated negative experiences with one of the late-night cooks.
The first incident happened when my friends and I walked in to order food. Instead of helping us, the cook looked at us, walked out of the store, and said “hell nah.” That was extremely rude and unprofessional. Another staff member had to force him to come back, but by then, we were so uncomfortable that we left and went to another GetGo location.
A prior incident happened months ago, but I never wrote a review at the time. That night, I ordered food and the same cook gave me the wrong order. I told him it wasn’t mine, but he still demanded that I take it. Because of that, the customer who was waiting for his food thought I had stolen it and confronted me, even though it was the cook’s mistake. It was embarrassing and completely unnecessary.
Both of these experiences show a serious lack of professionalism, effort, and respect for customers. I’ve been to many other GetGo locations that take pride in their service, but this one continues to disappoint. I truly hope management addresses this issue before more customers have to deal with the same treatment

Would give 0 stars if I could. Food is consistently messed up even though it's written on a screen for the employees to read. Charged 80 cents each for 2 containers of ranch for my food and was given 1 packet of Italian dressing instead. I don't understand how something so simple can be so complicated.

This location is significantly better than the location off Exit 32 in Harborcreek. The staff is exceptional, and the food is consistently fresh. The managers are always friendly and accommodating. My only suggestion would be to expand the selection of adult beverages, but it's not a deal-breaker

Terrible service! Order was placed 15 minutes before I arrived! All it was was a chicken wrap, but apparently it was too much to handle for the 2 employees working the food area! Then when I asked how long it would be, I was rudely told that they never started making it! Don't waste your money here! The employees are ignorant and rude almost all the time!

The male cashier at night just called my son stupid and was very disrespectful. What a jerk. Sorry u hate ur life. If a customer needs help finding something your job isn't to call them stupid for asking for help.

The lady named Hanna killed it on Friday night (2-10) she took me and my friend order along with 5 other people in line. She definitely deserves it as she still sent her co worker home instead of asking for extra help for longer. Definitely a team player

Getgo’s new summer bbq line up isn’t horrible for what it is…grabbed a pulled pork with pickles and banana peppers, can honestly say it’s ok you can’t expect much coming from a gas station but the employees of this place make it a great place.

I got gasoline. Thank goodness for Giant Eagle points. Gas is expensive on the east side of Erie.

Wheelchair accesible ,manual doors , bathrooms , food , cold drinks ,fountain drinks , coffee , cafe dining area . Clean ,sanitary ,pandemic precautions at registers and ordering areas ( touch screen kiosk) automotive gas /oil products . At this time of year ( back for a 3 rd year ) “the Pilgrim” is thanksgiving dinner sandwich and it’s a great eat with some Mac n cheese bites and a pumpkin spice coffee . Heaven in your hands till you get in your mouth .express to flavor town . They also sell alcohol beer wine and even slushees . This is great place to feed the beast . They also have a mobile app .and since it’s part of Giant eagle you can use your fuel discount MYperks here .

I ordered a 6 inch sub with lettuce , green peppers and banana peppers . it had 2 banana peppers on it and one little piece of green pepper ....
