Worst pharmacy in the entire city. Nothing is ever ready when they say and it's always a new excuse how it isn't their fault somehow. The staff aren't that helpful either and it's like they get mad at you because they are ringing stuff up wrong or don't have the answer. Literally hate it here.

Had to transfer from Rite-aide to this Giant Eagle. I literally have had bad experiences from day 1. My husband has stage 4 lung cancer and this pharmacy tried to say that he didn't need his pain medicine. I have now switched to Walmart in Harborcreek. I'm praying for better service than at Giant Eagle.

If you use EBT, maybe don't go here....the cashier was gossiping about me to the next customer when I returned to finish my transaction. I was beyond humiliated. I'm a single mom that was simply trying to provide food for my child....I didn't need the judgements. I don't think I'll return.

Stay far away from Giant Eagle pharmacy! I repeat stay away if your health matters. Aren’t able to do their jobs completely. Extra pills and fewer pills in bottles I have gotten. Unable to fill prescriptions in their system. They can’t comprehend. Staff are very ignorant.

Horrible experience. Transferred from Walgreens in Harborcreek because it closed down. Went this past Sunday to let them know dr. is calling a prescription that always has to be ordered due to cost. Tech says it will be ordered for next day (Monday). Call dr in AM and they send prescription in the afternoon. I got to pick it up after work and the tech (who was not friendly) said they sent it back because they didn’t receive the prescription early enough? What???? I told you a day in advance and prescription was coming in, you ordered it and sent it back? You didn’t even hold it ONE DAY!!!! That doesn’t make sense to me. Needless to say, taking business elsewhere.

Staff is always friendly and pharmacist is always available to answer questions and they don’t take forever to fill your prescription!! Highly recommended this pharmacy!!

Usually a positive experience with the staff there. My complaint is the fact that the drive through is often 6 to 8 cars deep, and they STiLL keep the door for walk-ins locked!COVID is well under control now folks! Open the door back up and stop inconveniencing your customers!Today I received my second voice mail that my prescription is ready, but when I showed up, (like the first time) there were 7 cars lined up at the drive through. Nope, not doing it. Leave me another voice mail.
