Absolutely by far the worst layout for a grocery store I’ve ever seen in my life. You could be in here for days trying to find a product the way they have this place like a mouse maze. This is why I wish they would bring a Kroger to Erie or a Safeway. Those grocery stores have it right.single lane long isles is the best layout it has been proven. Not splitting the isles in half and putting several redirect walk around points so you cannot see the signage properly. This is absolutely the worst layoff for a grocery store I’ve ever seen. You can tell they do this on purpose because they have the dairy section and milk all the way behind the toiletries and dog food just to make you walk clear across the entire store to get to it. Keep the food and produce in one side, and then the other on the other side. I will never come back here

Watch the pricing. Sometimes you get a better deal buying name brand over store brand. Produce is usually very good. Meat is pricey unless it's on sale. Really like the scanner system. We can and bag as we shop and just scan and pay and go. Nice feature.

Went there to get my flu shot ?. The lady was very friendly and polite. The pharmacist who gave the shot was pleasant as well. Very nice store layout and experience.

They continue to have the best cuts of beef available in Erie. Great service and competitive prices. We had an encounter with the manager once, he was curious about our preferences, and made sure to order our favorites in. Truly an old-fashioned neighborhood butcher experience, with modern convenience. Great job!

They had what I needed that couldn't find at the stores I went to before here and at a good price. I think I will go here first next time.

We were amazed. Their was no smell of seafood throughout the store. They had decently price meat. Well stocked on canned goods.

The place needs to be reshuffled that all of the same products are in the same spot. It seems a little predatory to have the hot dogs on sale further down then the ones not on sale. Then have those expensive hot dogs be close to the meat section. I would also recommend eating before you go to the store as they seem to always have a smell that makes people hungry before they enter the store.i would also like to see my favorite checkout reopen as it's right next to an exit and would speed up check out times.

They have a great smelling and tasty bakery, deli, sub counter, and the whole rest of the store full of possibilities. Staff are friendly and nice. I highly recommend it. They also have a big vegetarian sector all youre, breakfast, lunch, and dinner needs

Be careful when you select produce. Have purchased bagged potatoes which contained rotten ones. Just last evening spent $3.99 on a wrapped cucumber that turned out to be rotten. Did t want to waste the gas to return it.

If you’re looking for a high end, one stop shop for your groceries, this is it for the east suburbs of Erie (Harborcreek and North East). They have everything you need. The produce and meat are good quality. I can find unique ingredients here. The Buffalo Road store is newer and a nice place to shop—but pricey. When time permits, I prefer to save costs by doing most of my shopping at the nearby Buffalo Road Aldis, and then pick up my specialty/unusual items at Giant Eagle.

Whenever I go to Giant Eagle to your service desk I get greeted right away and taken care of right away. I enjoy going into giant eagle to shop also because you can either stand in line or go check out yourself and I would prefer to do that myself it's quick and easier for me. I enjoy the people working at the cash registers also. Keep up the great work ladies at the service desk
