“I was looking for a birthday gift for my wife, and saw Gracylane listed as an authorized reseller. I stopped in, but the item was not in stock. The very nice manager recommended another store in the mall that may have the item, and I went about my way. After realizing that they were receiving exactly what I was looking for the next day, the manager tracked me down across the mall to let me know. She took my information, and had another employee text me a picture when the item arrived the next day. Amazing service!”

“Found some beautiful things to buy with my certificate, I got a make up case, some floating candles, and a stress stone to help relax. I am so sad the they are closing because of retirement of owner. It will be under new management after December 31 2022.”
