Ive been standing outside right now since 15 minutes before closing time watching the cashier sleep behind the desk with the door locked.
Ive knocked several times loudly and they are either pretending not to hear me or in a stupor. Made a special trip for supps needed for meal prep and this stoner has now wasted my time so thanks, im leaving this review and not coming back to this one.

I went in looking for something similar to what I am already using. The woman looked at my picture and immediately said no we don't have anything like that. But I found something similar on the shelf. I asked if what was out was all there was and she said "yes. But you should try the vitamin store on peach Street or Amazon" I found more products on the opposite side of the store. I felt like she was just trying to get me out of there. Like she didn't really want to help me

I came i looking for a liver support supplement, not knowing what really to look for. The woman was standoff-ish, had no information on any product other than on 1 over priced item they carried. No suggestions, no education, not helpful whatsoever. I felt as if I was below her and wasting her precious time. I will NEVER go there again. She was rude and condescending.

They used to have employees who could explain their products and the best way to use them. Now, there's just a cashier that doesn't leave the register. Disappointing, I guess we might as well just order online as going into the store has zero benefits now.

the long blonde hair lady there today (8/13/2023 @1:10pm) had awful attitudes. asking her for help was like pulling a teeth. completely ignored me while I was asking for her help. with her head down the whole time. if I had the ability to give a zero star I most definitely would. I was absolutely disgusted with her attitude and Demeanor. I really had good experience pervious to this employee.

I wish I had the ability to give zero stars! This establishment should just be shut down! This store has the absolute worst customer service I have ever in my life experienced. The real concerning part is that it all comes for the store manager! This lady has zero customer service skills!!! I recently had an interaction with this woman, who overcharged me, would not listen to plan reason, made me drive back to my house to pick up other products that had nothing to do with the current issue and then when I returned to the store with them, said I didn't need to go pick them up.... I have never written a review about anything but I promise I will go out of my way to let people know how horrible this place is and strongly encourage people to shop elsewhere!!! It is upsetting because there is not another GNC in town but I would rather take Walmart supplements over having to deal with this extremely rude and incompetent person ever again!!!!

Honestly, if I could give it a half or no star I would. The two male employees in there when I showed up did not seem to care that I was a customer and did not help at all. The store has very little selection and is marked up way too much. Overall a terrible experience sadly because I usually get my supplements from GNC, but now I will shop elsewhere.

Worst experience. They refused to honor their own posted price. Built bars priced at $2.49, rang up at $2.89. They refused to correct it nor would they let me talk to a manager.

Two ladies helped me. A blonde and a brunette. Very helpful, nice, and polite. Helped me pick out protein whey powder. I Ended up returning a PB kind didn’t sit well with me. 0 fuss on my return. Also I was not judged for just having weight loss surgery VSG. A lot of vitamins stores are snobby towards us weight loss patients. I would recommend this store and I will be a Continuing customer! Thanks ladies!
