About Greyhound: Bus Stop
Greyhound: Bus Stop is a very clean and conveniently located station in downtown Erie. It is a bare and basic stop, providing services for both Greyhound and local buses, with Greyhound stops at the back of the building. The drivers are friendly and professional. However, the building is not open at all times, closing after 4:30 PM, leaving passengers to wait outside. There is no public restroom, and no vending machines or food are available on-site. Passengers sometimes must handle their own luggage. There is a bell to ring for service through glass, but the facility offers few amenities while waiting.

It's not staffed except by a security guard. Pretty clean, though.

No longer had attendees on site but still was very easy to get on the bus

Since greyhound was bought out by flex company most greyhound stations don't have vending machines or food stations depends on which station you go to honestly
