I started going here right after they opened. The staff are always very friendly and polite. The service is always quick. They once gave me a 15 minute wait and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The store is always clean. Very happy with this cvs.

I was told from an employee that another employee tested positive for covid 19. I called to ask if this was true and if true when was this emplyee last there. I was put on hold for 10 minutes finally coming back only for them to say: due to hippa they couldnt confirm or deny if that was true and wouldnt say anymore. Shady. They had an employee who is in contact with customers. And they couldnt admit that those customers lives might have put in danger. Also they are still open. Are not the employees suppose to be in quarantine?

Terrible home town pharmacy sold out to this bs. 200 count ibuprofen 6.50 as frontier pharmacy cvs price for exact same bottle is 13.50$ absolutely ridiculous owners of frontier should be ashamed to sell out

Front desk is understaffed. Was only one person in front of me, but waited close to 10 minutes to be waited on only to find out that no longer accept our insurance. Will miss Frontier.

The only good thing about this place is the prices. I try to not go there and after today I'm seriously done! They always lose or misplace your prescriptions and today they had an attitude about it.

No communication between employees at all, changed form of meds without telling me. Example : Dr. Sent prescription for capsules when they were sent to me bottle read capsules but they were tablets, called them and they said they had tablets not capsules if I want capsules they'd order them. As long as they're both the same that's fine but TELL ME. Also tell them deliver after 3:30pm they show up at 1:45pm drivers never got messages.

I recently had to pay full price for medication prescribed that was covered by my insurance plan because Frontier price was more expensive than the negotiative price. Frontier rejected the claim, but told me that the medication was rejected by my insurance, which was not true. I would happily pay the difference between my insurance price and their cost to fill the prescription (31$). I will pay 81$ instead because reasons. I've had all my prescriptions filled at Frontier for years. This was just greed and you lost a customer.

Staff does not help you in anyway shape or form they don’t call with a supposed to call as in doctors hospitals they treat you like you’re a junkie and a sense that the medication are you taking is not even a narcotic nor is it something I can make you feel and I’m talk cic staff does not help you in anyway shape or form they don’t call with a supposed to call as the doctors hospitals they treat you like you’re a junkie and since that the medication that you’re taking is not even a narcotic nor is it something I can make you feel intoxicating way....this a BAD BAD Pharmacy the other day I sat there and had my prescription filled before a lady that was probably over 80s I’ve been there for over an hour
