Store was small, but had nice stuff. Main reason I’m giving a one star review is because of the absolute terrible service I received. I tried to pay for my shirt and was told I had to give my number. I gave it and the cashier girl with the red hair said I wasn’t in the system. I said that was fine and I was ready to pay. She asked if I wanted to join the rewards program. I asked what it was for and she explained. I said no thank you because I didn’t want it because I wasn’t even from Pennsylvania and hardly ever came to Hot Topic. The other woman said that I should do it because it was free and it was just like a grocery store rewards card. I again said no. The red haired girl asked me again if I wanted it or not even after that and I said for the 4th time no thank you. And she still kept pressuring me to sign up. I kept saying no again and just wanted to pay. After I told them no for the last time, the girl with the red hair had a very rude attitude and when I said thank you after she checked me out, she ignored me. Then when my boyfriend tried to pay for his stuff after I was done, she basically refused to speak to him. All she said was what his total was then said “I assume you don’t want to join the rewards program either then”. He said no and we left without her even saying thank you or anything else. I don’t understand why she had such an attitude. We were both very nice to her. All we said was that we didn’t wanna join the rewards program.

Really nice service. I came here for Pokémon and it was 22$ for two packs!! They barely had any left just like 5 tins.

Non-existent customer service…I went in the store and was never greeted or even spoke to by the two people working there. They did seem to be having fun singing with the music, but didn’t realize that part of customer service is greeting and offering to help a customer.

Very cool place but this place boxed lunch and Spencer’s all think because they print edgy stuff that they can mark it up 90% it what it should be. Wow your cup says the f word that doesn’t make it 30 dollars

Hot topic is now taking Funko order and filling them via instore. THE CHASE is a lie and you will never get one. I noticed my orders ALL come from stores now. RIGGED

Unfortunately, this store is run by very unprofessional employees. I used to have a great experience going into the store, but in recent months the customer experience has been extremely lacking. I would recommend shopping online

Trash. I stood in line for 10 minutes waiting while the cashier tried to figure out how to put batteries in a toy for the person in front of me. She was the only employee in the store. I finally gave up and left.

Store layout was a little tight when I went! Maybe not the best use of available space, but I was able to find what I needed with help from an associate.

Acceptable Hot Topic location. On the smaller side. Staff are nice. Nothing too special but it works if you're looking for Hot Topic products.

Store is ok. When I was younger this was a fun store. Always overpriced but it's in the mall so it matches the rest of the stores really. Just a novelty store. Used to be better in the 90s.
