This location never picks up the phone. I recently moved to Erie and was considering filing with someone local but you can’t get through to them. I’d never file somewhere I couldn’t reach.

Would not recommend. Had a new tax preparer. She didn't seem like she knew much, and didn't explain nothing. But charged me 457 doll!

They were knowledgeable and quick at getting the taxes done, but the cost was too high at $175 for them, especially when some places do them for free. Not sure I will come back to H&R Block because of the outrageous cost of getting them done.
