The Security Guard there was super great and professional, however, the other workers were highly unprofessional arguing over who should deal with me. 10 minute conversation turned an hour and 15 minutes of nothing solved. Didn't even want to tell me they refused to service me, the security guard there had to ask.

It's true, the process with this Branch is time consuming and the staff here made errors which delayed my returns. But, I feel that shouldn't deture people away from the logistics of accounting.Plus I finally have direct deposit nicely set up for tax returns and such incomes.
