Just recently I went in to get a bucket of drums and thighs ( which costs $12 and some change) and the woman behind the counter tried to charge me $19.94. When I questioned this first she told me that she never heard of it, so when I pointed out the front sign (where it says $12) she says oh well that's only with coupon. so I'm like okay thank you ma'am, I'll just go ahead and go, you have a nice day. I go to another KFC and they know exactly what I'm talking about for the right price.

I go out of my way to buy from this location on West 12th st. chicken is always good. The Peach st. location chicken is ALWAYS dry, overcooked, seems to have been sitting in warmer for very long time

Sat in drivethru way too long. Tried to go inside and order. That didn't happen either. As I stood there for a few minutes, no one behind the counter acknowledged that I was standing there! The lady, that I'm assuming was the manager was complaining and kept saying she was going to lock the doors. I ended up walking out completely discussed with out any food. I went to Chick-fil-A down the road and had no problems. Maybe that manager should get some training from Chick-fil-A.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY. The order is wrong every single time. You'll be missing entire meals or you'll open your box and find there's no chicken. I'm pretty sure they do it on purpose just to mess with people. STAY AWAY.

What a miserable person working there. Signs say Mobile order pick up inside, had a mobile order went inside, door was even open. Girl says we are drive through only, yet there are signs EVERYWHERE that say come inside. Some people don’t understand customer service, but i guess now a days you have to take whoever shows up.

One of the best KFC's anywhere. I've been to many of them all over US and Canada and this is the best of them all... always cooks the chicken thoroughly, never underdone and that's the main thing with fried chicken.

My experience today was terrible. Been there quite few times no problem but today. Cashier charged me 1.31 sales tax on 5.69 food. Rounded my total up without asking me she assume i wanted to round up. Pot pie tasted like it wasnt cooked enough an didnt give me all my meal. Missing cookies. Called cashier going to make right.

Worst kfc in Erie the cashier (grey shirt) that was working 530pm on 12/12/21 needs to be fired she is very rude and wouldn’t change my sides because it screws up inventory which is bs because why do other fast food places sub out stuff all the time why should kfc be any different
