I found the signs above and along the clothing hard to read and know which item the sign belonged to and what the price was. Also not crazy about the new check out. The Cashier, Connie, was amazing.

This used to be one of the best stores around and now it's terrible! The 30% off sales are a joke being limited to in store brand only! Now our go to store is Boscov's

Every time I go to this store it is a mess and had gotten really expensive. I used to shop here all the time, but cannot afford it. I wouldn't have come but I received a gift card for Xmas.

I believe there's too much hype around Kohl's. The store is wonderful, they do have a lot of options, my problem is with the quality of the clothes. The price for the quality doesn't add up. Maybe for the appliances and the plates in the showers and stuff like that but for actual clothes for human beings the price is way too expensive for 100% polyester. I love if they'd have some more organic options for a reasonable price not $100 LOL or even some options that just contain more cotton, during Christmas it was extremely difficult to find anything that had a high amount of cotton. Which is important for elderly people and people looking out for their health. But for regular people that don't mind it's okay except the price is still too high. The Kohl's bucks is a good incentive though

It seems like every time I visit my Kohl's store, the layout is changed. I usually seem to find my way around and get some great deals! This Christmas, I was very successful finding my granddaughters their "preppy" clothes!! They loved everything!! Thanks Kohl's!!

If I didn't have a gift card I would not shop there. Star rating should be a 2 star not 3.

They need to improve their response to returns through Amazon. Plus the mouse maze has gotten much worse. That kohls cash is a weird scheme I swear. Hard lesson learned. Do not ever buy an item with Kohl’s cash. If you plan on returning that item, I ended up losing a lot of money from this because I purchased a pair of boots and several other items with cold cash but I had to return them. I should have gotten what i paid for original order and just not got the kohls cash back if I even returned the item with the kohls cash too. But that’s not how it works. Basically once you use their cash it’s always staying in store. So I had to rebuy the item but the price went up since original order so I lost about $24 in the process. Other than that, pretty high prices, crammed aisles, and the new checkout mouse maze is kind of annoying. Especially passing by ppl as they’re still gazing.

It's kohl's. Don't like the new check out customer service return combined area so what are you going to do.

Kohl’s is kohl’s. It’s overpriced so you buy everything with a percent off coupon. The remodel where they got rid of the two checkout areas and combined them with customer service just means you have a long wait for everything. They set up an awkward pop up pick up area so at least you can get your site to store order in a shorter line.

I'll bet the 40+ people in front of me were just as upset about waiting in the long check-out/customer service line, as I was. It was hard for patient people, as I usually am, to leave with the same attitude as when I came came into the store. So frustrating. The last time I was there, I waited in line 15 minutes just to get help with my pick-up order.

Don't like the way they have changed the checkouts. You havd to zig zag through a line before you get to checkouts. They need a separate line for refunds and for small quantity of items.

I had to stand in line with customers making purchases for over 45 minutes as no dedicated return associate. Ridiculous
