Full service employee never gave me my dollar change. He went in to get the dollar, came back out, and started pumping gas into another car. I figured he needed the dollar more than me, so didn't say anything, but will never go back. Erie has plenty of other gas stations.

IMHO using Kwik Fill ethanol free has resolved the Honda CRV motor oil dilution problem. My CRV use to smell and the crankcase did dilute with gasoline until I switch to ethanol free. Oil dilution is a known Honda problem...

The cashier lady was so rude. she accused us of stealing, even though we didn’t steal anything. when she realized she was wrong she didn’t even apologize. It was in front of other customers too which was embarrassing. she just had a very bad attitude overall it’s OK to make mistakes but she acted like she was right without even knowing. She was lucky my mom didn’t call the police because I dragged her out the store which now I regret. We should’ve went off on her! Never going back again. Hope she gets fired!!

Very poor CUSTOMER SERVICE especially in the morning!!! Go somewhere else if you don’t wanna ruin your entire day! The guy who open up at 8am was very RUDE! I was there 5 mins before they open today (Christmas Day)and wasn’t really aware of their time schedule but that guy was very inconsiderate and told me if I wasn’t reading their schedule.He even close the door right on my face! I hope the higher management would read all the comments here.Your employees needs to have a proper training on customer service !

I went here tonight to get a propane exchange. The cashier rang me up and so I waited for someone to exchange my tank. I stood there for 5 minutes and she didn't acknowledge me. So I finally asked I f I should get it myself or what was the deal? She said that the person coming in was an hour late and I'd have to wait till someone else could get ther! After she charged me! A 40 minute wait for a propane exchange!

The cashier Sydney takes her job way to serious I go into this store with my mom and I try to buy a black and she won't sell to me because my 72 year old mom didn't have her I'd on her. Come on now and this ain't the first time she did it to me when I came in with my teenage son. My son ok I get that but then my 72 year old mom so I don't think I'll be coming to this store anymore, y'all need new staff all together.

I always have trouble getting gas. I always have to get help. I always have to ask twice to clear the pump so I can get gas. I have never had any problems like that in my 60 years of living at any other station. The lady who waits on me is always grumpy and harsh to me. I am never going there again!
