“Overall no problems, but a machine took about $2.50 from me and then flashed an error. Didn’t get my money back. Looked for the refund cards as referred in the posted instructions but couldn’t find any. Tried to call the posted phone numbers. No answer. Don’t know how else to get my money back.”

“Location is great.. the 3-in-1 (laundry, dog and car wash) works great if you want to multi-task. It's cheaper than most places. Not too busy. The dog wash is convenient and designed to keep the dog contained and you dry.
The ONLY cons would be that they don't have a lot of washers and most are for smaller loads so another industrial one in replace of older/broken ones would be perfect AND....
that the wet dog smell when you open the door smacks you directly in your gag reflux. The dog wash is in the middle of the three. They all have their own entrances but you can still smell that wet dog while you do laundry. It can be overwhelming.”

“Went foe the first time and was amazed how clean. And the 2 humongous dryers they had were perfect for our king size quilts to get them dry without spending hours abd hours at the previous laundromat. Love that they have drop off services. Which we will be taking advantage of today. Watched the one employee that was there when we were a few weeks ago and she did an amazing job with the drop off service she was doing. That sold us right there.”
