Level Red Boxing offers 30 and 60 minute boxing-inspired group fitness classes for all fitness levels. The instructors are friendly, welcoming, and wonderful, going above and beyond to be helpful. The atmosphere is incredibly motivating, encouraging, and full of great energy. Workouts include heart rate monitoring, strength, cardio, and core movements, providing a terrific burn. It helps with goals like balance and weight loss. Members find it a great way to start the week, with no gym like this one. The first class is free, and everyone is encouraged to make the most of it and have fun.
Love the new workouts. I needed a push to do more. It definitely has pushed me.

All the instructors are so friendly and welcoming, they really go above and beyond! Shoutout to Marissa for being so sweet and caring with my daughter so I could work out. There’s no gym like this one!

First class this am and I have to say....yessss! I had no clue what I was doing in terms of the punches, but the instructors and women around me were super helpful! From the energy to the burn, it's a great way to start the work week! Looking forward to tomorrow's class!
