I walked in with my young son. We found a hat. The girl behind the desk never acknowledged us or looked up from her cellphone. Paid for hat then asked for a pair of scissors to cut tag off. She pointed to where they were at desk. I cut part of the plastic tag off and put it on the desk. As I was taking the rest off the girl actually got out of her phone and said there is a garbage can right here. I didn’t say a word while I finished taking tags off. She then said did you hear me??!! I told her I heard her the 1st time. She continued to waste away in her phone. If I was buying the hat for me I would have left without buying. Horrible employee.

Everything's got about a 50% markup from the regular retail price in other stores and the associate was rude.

You might get lucky and find what you want. I've had better luck online and better discounts. Sales representative didn't bother telling me that it cost extra to steam hats , I found out when it was time to pay

Went to the store, the gate was closed so we walked around for about 45 min, went back and it was still closed. UPS guy said that the girl was in the jewelry store. So I went over to the jewelry store and asked and the girl that worked there gave me an attitude and said that was her that works there and she was going over her schedule and would be over in a few minutes. I’ll spend my money elsewhere since they don’t seem to care. I initially went into the other jewelry store and they told me they close at random times all the time with no rhyme or reason.

Tried to get new hats today, but the gate was closed with a sign that said, “will return shortly”. So I bought 3 new hats online as the internet was working on my phone just before noon on 4/30/2023

Please answer your phone! I bought a hat seven days ago and was told to leave it at the store so a manager can put the logo on the hat. I have called all week and nobody will answer the phone. Nor will anyone read the note that was left to call me. I will be in today to get my money back. Very poor business practice.

I collect hats I have over 40 hats. I have stopped in 3 times this month and each time the workers are on their phones talking to their friends and getting their nails done. But this one today was talking about meeting a girl he met on line and he never acknowledged me while looking at the hats so. I walked out and went to sports obsession and bought 2 hats.

The Pressure Sales associate Sold my son a customized hat thats two sizes too big for his head.. All to just get a sale.. Now that its monogrammed it can't be returned. I will never give them my business again. $65 hat NOT HAPPY
