“Shout out to Joe Gammon! Joe, just wanted to give you Kudos AGAIN! You made a stressful situation flawless! You were available after hours when I needed you closing the deal on a trade in and purchasing a new vehicle while also changing my home and auto insurance to state farm! I was with a company who wasn't available to me when I needed them and dealing with representatives from other countries a simple sentence took too long to explain with the language barriers. I don't typically price insurance rates often in the past because nobody goes the extra mile to want your business and all the stresses typically fall on the consumer..people don't want to deal with change and end up paying more because they'd rather not be on the phone for 2 hours! I'm truly thankful to you! And I saved so much money doing so too! Working in customer service people seem to not thank those often enough who do a good job and go the extra mile.
