I love this Lowe's. The staff is great (especially Dave). Everyone is always eager to help and even go outside and help load your items.
When the staff isn't helping a customer, you'll see them cleaning their areas and straightening up the aisles.
I love going back to this location.

We’ve been waiting 3 months for a dishwasher that was ordered and paid for in November.
We bought a dishwasher in November of 2024 to be delivered and installed in December. Lowe’s delivered and installed a defective unit. After taking two weeks they sent someone out to inspect it and file a claim for a manufacturers defect. We were told by Lowe’s a replacement dishwasher would be delivered in late January. In late January Lowe’s called and informed us that the replacement dishwasher had been canceled and we would need to go with different brand and model. On the expected delivery date Lowe’s informed us the dishwasher would be delayed by another week. A week later Lowe’s called to inform us the dishwasher had not yet arrived and they would contact us the following Monday. We have now been without a dishwasher for over 3 months despite having a working dishwasher that Lowes removed back in remember when the original defective unit was installed. Worst appliance buying experience of my life. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

Wow!!! And THANK YOU Lowes in Fairview!!! Never been to this branch but Erika saved me by approaching me asking if I need help!! (She must have seen I was lost and wondering) narrowed my selections down
while taking me everywhere I needed - lastly she introduced me to Janice in paint who made gr3at recommendations and got me exactly what I needed. Thank you ladies!!! I will be back!!

A worker by the name of "Marco" was very nice and helped us with our selection.This was at the the Asbury store.We shopped first at the one by the Mall and the staff weren't nearly as helpful.We will definitely switch stores even tho it's out of our way because of Marco!

Prices were higher than I expected. I had to look for someone to direct me to my items. But I did see a well mannered old dog shopping with its owner, and was pleased that it was allowed.
