“Last week was my first time getting blood work at this location & it was a great experience! Check in through text was Awesome & Tech was waiting for me before I even exited my vehicle. I didn’t get her name … but she was wonderful! Quick & painless !They do need to get a sign out front that says … ACL lab is in the back of the building tho . A few of us were a bit confused lol”
“Once you get hold of them Services great! Getting hold of them is another thing! There is an online site that you could schedule online for your testing beforehand if you can find it. Overall experience was good”

“I go for routine labs sometimes twice in a week so I know most of the girls geri is the one I hope I get but all the others are goodMy veins are hard to find except for one that's scarred. They usually get it on the first try and are very good to make it as no where painless than using any other vein.”
“Wheelchair access via ramp to Right of door . Automatic push button opener, man trap style single door .no WiFi . Pandemic precautions still in place . I was a walk in and got an immediate 1:20 PM available appointment . Sign in via tablet kiosk and scan your ID and insurance cards . Jordan was my Phlebotomist, very friendly and a great stick . There is plenty of parking and Accesible spaces”

“Have been to many of the other ACL facilities,One on Buffalo Rd, years ago blew my vein in my left are. Never went back, and have a nice lump in the bend of my arm. Started going to Michael at ACL- 7200 Summit location. He is awesome, knows how to draw, personality plus and you hardly feel the needle going in.We need more phlebotomist like Michael!!!”
