I have a long term existing relationship with Blackburns both here and Pittsburgh , they are my DME ( durable medical equipment )supplier . My current 2021 Amy Power M medical roller skate is my 4 th chair purchased ( my 1st was an Invacare original “death trap TDX series” every chair since has been an Amy ) I have a female friend in Canada in a chair that is called Alex . We joke about that because my Amy’s are custom imported from Canada . Everything on an Amy is made in N America except the motors they are German . Amy has a parts warehouse in upstate NY , that god forbid a motor went an Amy Rep can head down here Blackburns can head up and meet in the middle grab the motors and have me running in hours not weeks or months . I also bought my bed and 2 heated massage rocker recliners there . My chair just turned 3 the end of August with 4900 miles on the odometer . I love these chairs . When I got my TDX and wasn’t happy with how limited it was , the guys at Blackburns remembered all that I wanted and saw the Amy premier at a sales convention and said “this is Andres next chair “ he will love the he’ll out of it , they were right . I have been a happy customer so long I have friends who retired from there . I will not bore you with how special everyone there is to me . Although after my 2020 model Amy they will never say “break it in “ again ( the 1st time it left the house after delivery was a week later and I got hit by a truck ) delivered on 17 June destroyed on 26 June .”

I never had to deal with hospice yet& we really didn't need much. he dropped off the equipment for my grandmother & a few days later came to pick it up. he was do kind & caring. he didn't rush out. he sat & talked with the family for a few minutes & let us share some stories of my grandmother. we really needed the laughter from him. thank you, Chad!”
