A one-star because I have called multiple times on numerous days to set up an appointment. I left all my contact info on their answering machine and to this day have never got a call back! To me that is not good business when you can’t give a potential new client a moment to call back.

I attempted to go to this salon. Emailed, called to make a appointment no response. Took my business elsewhere. Sadly heard great reviews but nobody responded to any of my inquiries. I wouldn't suggest customer service alone.

Desiree cut my hair for the first time. She was very professional. She also was very friendly and conversed throughout the cut. I will have her do my hair on a regular basis.

I had the pleasure of getting a color removal for my black my first appointment, no one would touch my black hair until meeting with Desire and she was so kind, so easy to talk to made the experience so comfortable and relaxing from walking in the door to the point I left. I went back 7 days later to add highlights to breakup the dark that didn't pull up and honestly I couldn't be happier. Going from box dye black outgrown color to having highlights, damention, and flow. Will absolutely be going back!! And Lindsey was amazing go to for pointers ? fabulous salon with fair prices I will be back and recommend to others ?

Stylist was nice but took forever to do my hair due to lack of experience. She was asking advice of another stylist who was extremely rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend for a walk in. Maybe if you already knew someone working there.
