I have been in other Cricket wireless locations around Erie, and the Harborcreek location is far superior to the other locations, in my opinion, due to the high quality of the employees. I will never go anywhere else again!! I do have one suggestion for the brass at Cricket though, please consider adding the Samsung Galaxy Watch 8, so that I may purchase an activation line for mine. “I came in yesterday 06/27/25 I forgot the store reps name, but, he was phenomenal. I ported over from Metro By T-Mobile and got the iPhone 13 on a great deal for $118.99 out the door and I also got a phone case, privacy screen protector, and pop socket on a great deal as well. He was super kind, and the store was well-stocked, and well-organized as well as clean!
This is my new favorite location, I use to go to West 12th Street but the lady and gentleman there is completely rude, and incompetent when we was with Cricket before but I am so glad State Street turned around and have great employees there! I am so pleased with the service when I got home my husband’s line was added through me! Super satisfied and pleased with the smooth and quick process yesterday as well as the great customer service experience and our signal is 10X better than with Metro!
