I urgently needed something fixed with my car, so I called Musolf’s based on a friend’s recommendation. Rod answered and let me know that he didn’t have availability, but rather than encouraging me to wait for an open spot and provide him with business, he helped me out by giving me places to go to have my issue resolved. He let me call him 4 times with updates and really helped me out when I wasn’t sure what to do. He puts his customers and their needs above himself, and that’s more than you can ask from a business. Thank you, Rod!

As a college student, I am always very apprehensive to take my car in for repairs, but after hearing a sound I could not ignore, I called Rod and I’m glad I did. There is a reason for his outstanding Google reviews! He asked me to come in the next morning and explained what exactly went wrong with the car (bad wheel bearing). He fixed it by that evening along with some recommendations for further repairs. I did not feel hustled or talked down to as he was very personable, funny, and kind throughout the whole process. Price was fair and I was on my way! Very thankful for his kindness on squeezing me into his very busy schedule and it also made me wish that all of my mechanic experiences looked like this one.

Best, honest, trustworthy, reliable, funniest & kindest mechanic there is! I needed a last minute oil change before heading out of town and he went out of his way to squeeze me into his already booked schedule. I have used him for over two decades to take care of my vehicle. I worked across the street from his garage and when I had to go out of town, he checked out the car. He ended up meeting my husband who thought he was fantastic and was happy that I agreed to cooperate with him. He also did my inspections which also made my husband very happy. I may no longer work across the street but I still have him keep my car in good shape. AND I refer everyone to him . He is great.

I rarely leave reviews, but this one was earned. I've had my car inspected here twice, and both times my day was made by my interactions with Rod. He's the greatest example of what customer service should be - kind, pleasant and does his very best to help however he can.
