I highly recommend this NovaCare. The facility is clean, well managed, and organized. The staff are very professional and caring. They take the time to understand what is wrong and make an effective plan for rehabilitation. I am extremely appreciative of all the support they have provided both in facility and at home. I was able to regain flexibility, strength, and recover from my injuries faster and with less pain than I ever expected. I am very thankful.

Great staff! Very knowledgeable, friendly and get the results you want. They customize your therapy to your needs and goals. Highly recommend their services. They got me back to full activity after I broke my ankle running an obstacle race.

The place is awesome. They have really helped me. My foot is looking more like a foot because of then. The people are awesome. They really care about you. They know there job. They are busy but they still take the time with you.

I cannot say enough about how kind and compassionate Kristine Yurkovic was during my recent visit to NovaCare. She made me feel comfortable when I was experiencing a horrible bout of vertigo. She was professional and caring.

This was the first time for therapy and I'm so impressed with the care and help I received.My range of motion is great and I have no pain. I'm having my left shoulder done in March of 2023 and I am definitely going back to NovaCare for my therapy. They're great and treat you like family but really make you work to get better. I have told my friend's to give them a try.

Having utilized Nova Care on Zuck Road in the past year for PT for bilateral knee replacements and back surgery I looked forward to Physical Therapy with Doug Cottrel and his excellent staff for the bursitis in my right hip. With Doug at the helm taking charge - he did a thorough evaluation on my mobility from my hips and knees through my ankles. Doug was detailed in his explanation of my condition and used the muscular and skeletal charts on the walls to educate me on why my condition caused pain and what the rehab program would do to help strengthen muscles in that area and reduce the swelling and inflammation.Doug fosters a very warm caring atmosphere with his staff and I feel like I am returning to visit family and friends when I go to my physical therapy appointments!

Tim has been a client at NovaCare Rehabilitation for a month now. His therapists have been both extremely knowledgeable and helpful at all times. Therapy is conducted in a very professional manner, in a very clean facility. I would highly recommend NovaCare to anyone needing physical therapy !

Doug, Jessica, Zumba, and Thomas had all helped me tremendously in my journey of getting back to work and helping feel little to no pain in my back. I never left unsatisfied and the team was always so sweet, there was never a time that I was left feeling uncomfortable. I 100% recommend this location for any type of physical therapy!

The staff at NovaCare Millcreek have done a great job in working with me and my lower-back issues. They are quite knowledgeable in their treatment processes - and deliver services in a comfortable, non-intimidating environment. Glad I picked up the phone and gave them a call when my back went out!
