They treated us very nicely The salesman was great he didn't waste any time he catered to what we were looking for and the deal was made. The finance manager was also great and took care of the paperwork in a short period of time. I would highly recommend them if u r looking for a motorcycle thx again

The go to place for all on road and offroad purchases! Hit up Kyle Milani for your next ATV/Side by Side/etc. purchase! Went out of his way for me on a day they were closed and picked up parts for me I needed. Great dude to work with!

While on a recent motorcycle trip, I developed an exhaust leak at the head seal. I was concerned, so I called service at Off Road Express. Gary listened to my concerns and assued me that I could safely finish my trip and to stop by the shop on my return leg. That took away the stress and allowed me to enjoy my trip. We pulled up to the shop in a downpour. Brian waved us into the garage and gave us towels. Gary had my bike fixed in 15 minutes. I highly recommend the service department.
Gary and Brian run a great shop, the techs are great, and they always offer attentive personalized care for your bike. Great place to do business. Highly recommend Indian Motorcycles as well!

Parts department Totally ripped me off and sold me the wrong parts. They are extremely rude, arrogant, and obviously get away with it. Multiple friends warned me. Even after I gave them the vin . Refused to own up to his mistake, yelled at me. Now I have 850$ part i goto sell on ebay. Even banged the parts together marking up the bag they where in.

The negative experiences continue: Getting the bike ready for the parade this week, there were greasy hand prints all over from the work done. The plug in the back is hanging down rubbing on the paint rather than fastened up where it was prior to their tear down and work. (See Photo)
We continue to have service department issues with this dealer. Lack of communication, being charged for diagnosis labor when we told them what was wrong, things not being covered under recall or warranty, and now poor quality control.

I recently got my first bike and my salesman Tim did an amazing job helping me getting me the best deals. With me being a new rider he was very helpful and didn’t hesitate to answer any of my questions. Thank you very much Tim.

I’ve never bought a brand new bike before. Last year I bought a 2024 MT-07. The sales guy said it was just built from the crate , it only had 3 miles on it. I had done my research and this was the bike I wanted. I didn’t test ride it. I wish I would have though because it would have been the first warning sign. The sales guy and finance guy were great, loaded my bike up and trailer it home since the weather was not favorable for riding. We had a nice clear day so I took the bike out for a ride. The chain was so loose it was slapping against the swing arm. The clutch cable was not adjusted. The exhaust nuts came loose. This is a bike they put an inspection sticker on. The bike was for my wife who wouldn’t have even know about these safety issues. Owning bikes my whole life I’m able to perform some of my own repairs. I adjusted the chain so I could safely ride the bike, I tighten the exhaust bolts, and took some of the slack out of the clutch cable. I called explaining what happened, due to my busy schedule they reluctantly came to my house to pick up the bike only after threatening to call the state police for a fraudulent inspection sticker. When I picked up the bike they wanted to charge me over 100 dollars because “ they had an hour in it “. They would not release the bike to me unless I paid. The guy at the counter finally gave me my keys. One of my concerns was even after they adjusted the clutch is that when it was in first gear with the clutch pulled in it would still lurch forward when you increase the RPMs. Their response was “ it just need to be broken in, just ride it, it will get better.” 2 months later I receive a letter in the mail from Yamaha for a recall on the clutch. Describing the exact same issue I was having and Yamaha states to not even ride the bike to the dealer for repairs. Unbelievable incompetence. I took my
Bike to another dealer for the recall. No one cares, no one took responsibility. I’ll never step foot in this location again or recommend anyone here.

Back in 2021 we were in search of a better vehicle to replace the lemon that new motors landed us with and we were approved to purchase a 2017 Ford escape little did we know, that we were landed with another lemon, the year 2022 with the Ford escape goes well, no problems with the vehicle, the year 2023,all he'll breaks lose with it,it needed service in May to pass inspection, we didn't get the vehicle back until june,it runs good for a little bit and in September it needed more service we didn't get the vehicle back until December of that year, it needed a new transmission and engine, 2024 rolls along with little problems with the vehicle, 2025 comes along and it needs more services, offroad express in wattsburge PA refuses to service it,they don't return our calls or anything, so we had it towed to Mazda of erie pa, they finally have it serviced after a month and a half of waiting for answers, the engine we were told was brand new from offroad express watts burge pa,wasn't brand new after all they lied to us,and our so called brand new engine has a deformed scilinder now,and it's put back together and a new funny thing happens now when you turn the lights on for the vehicle, the horn sounds off, when asking if the Horne stays on the whole time when the lights are on they guy refused to answer me, if you're credit is bad do not go to any of these places I mentioned, they we land you with a bad care to match your bad credit like they did with us
