“Good Customer Service and they actually explain what needs to be done and why, instead of just saying “This needs done, here’s the price”.”
“My 2 tires were losing air fast. One of the tires had a screw in it. The other a quick patch. Everything fixed. I didn't have to pay anything because since I bought the tires there, they were still under warranty. Very 😊 happy!”
“If you moved here from rural Ohio and really miss your grandad/older cousin/lesbian aunt/that dude you went to high school with fixing your car, Redus is a GREAT alternative. Fast, affordable, immaculate vibes. No notes.”
“Connor and Gabriel were great 10 out of 10 I was parched and they gave me water and then they sold me some stuff to make my car run better. I’m definitely coming back here. Service was great five stars.”
“Got a new set of tires. Great service and knowledgeable staff. You can tell they're really looking out for the customer. Very quick to install as well.
Also, in case anyone is wondering like I was, they are perfectly capable and knowledgeable of lifting EVs for tire install.”
“Quick professional, courteous, and reasonable. Far far better than the clown show on upper peach Street. Good quality wiper blades and an 8 quart full synthetic oil change for $169. Plus a $10 off coupon for next time. I will be back.”
“I was having a time with my Semi Truck. It was giving me the blues. No one had the part and no one wanted to help me. Valley Tire Pros told me to bring my truck over. They had me in and out in 10 minutes flat. The Owner and the staff were so nice and I absolutely loved that. BONUS!!!! The bathroom was CLEAN. If I ever find myself broke down in Erie. I know EXACTLY who to call. Thank you all so much for helping a Trucker out. 💪🏿🩷”

“Tyler and TO took care of me today. This is the only place I go to in town. Travis always tells it straight and you’re in and out quick. I can’t recommend them enough! Also have me a $10 coupon for next time.”
“Had a great experience here today. I needed a new cabin air filter, which was an odd size and needed to be ordered. It was delivered and installed in ten minutes!!
I had a unique situation with my oil filter gasket, which required some extra help. The whole team helped get everything straightened out. Even the owner took the time to check and make sure everything was working properly.
I cannot overstate how great this place is!
Thank you”

“I had such a great experience here today! I made an appointment for an oil change online and it was super convenient. The staff were so kind and helpful, particularly a women I didn’t catch her name, went above and beyond. Great customer service, we definitely will be returning. They were so fast and also the price was so much more reasonable than another place we usually go to.”

“Great experience. I work around the corner from Kerr’s and my dad always spoke highly of them. Said they helped him out in a tight timeline and at an affordable (or no) cost. I figured it was because he bought tires from them but that’s definitely not the reason… they’re just a good business. I stopped in with a leaky tire and dropped the car off. They called within an hour and had pulled the screw out, patched the tire, and didn’t charge me. We will definitely use them again and will buy tires from them in the future… in the meantime, I recommend using Kerr’s. Awesome place!”
