Me and my mom went into the store and I got a couple tee shirts and two people named Emilee and Aaron, they very helpful and kind to me and my mom and were very polite while we shopped.

Clean location, friendly and helpful staff. Disappointed with the pricing and selection of children sizes. Have had better selection and pricing at Old Navy stores as well as online.

Smaller sizes don't exist in this store, costumer service nowhere to be found, and the girl at the register was dead to the world. She looked like she wanted to be anywhere but there. Overpriced, not what it used to be

The manager was very rude. I asked why she was checking my items. She said that anytime a person leaves a pile she has to check it. The whole I was in the store they were following me and watching me. I told her I have no reason to steal and I left them with the cashier to hold while I went and got my purse. She told me that I should have left a name. I told her the cashier didn’t ask. She was young and racist. I told her I come on here all the time and I’m a cardholder. She told me she was gone call the police if I didn’t calm down and that I’m banned from this store. I never had a problem before they must be new or college students. It’s terrible and how the treat black people very awful everyone is not stealing especially black people. I told her I was calling corporate and she said okay wrote her name I guess she thinks it’s okay to abuse authority but not this time

As an employee at another location, I was kind of sad showing at this old navy. I did not receive very good customer service when checking out. The girl gave me attitude the whole transaction, I had rewards that I could've used on my purchase, and I had to hand her my employee card multiple times. I was very disappointed in the service I received in my home town

Love old navy! Literally 35 years old. Last time I shopped here was 7th grade middle
School. Until my girlfriend took me here. So cool to see they have a variety of styles at affordable prices. The manager must do a good job. Always super clean and organized. Friendly staff.

Not what it used to be. In 45 minutes neither I or my friend could find anything we liked or was available in our size... Medium and large. Others must feel the same... Hardly anyone in the store 4 days before Christmas.
