Very unprofessional staff. Do not get any of your compounded medications here. Just pay for the real stuff-they gave me fake wegovy orally and it didn't work at all. No partial refund, no nothing, very rude staff. I work in health care as an RN and will make sure to tell every single patient not to go here.

Megan Anderson of Pharmacy Innovations went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and I live in Florida. Every representative I ever speak with is so kind and helpful. But this time I needed extraordinary support and Megan came through for me. I'm very grateful and appreciative. Great customer service is very hard to find and I found it here. Thank you!

No customer portal to pay for prescriptions. They ask you to give your credit card information over the phone and unfortunately it would have been to someone that I cannot understand. I will be asking my doctor to order elsewhere.

Absolutely the BEST! No question!Our cat needs to have medicine every day. Our vet ran out of our cat's medicine and couldn't get a new shipment in time. We were on our last dose.We called around to every place in town but nobody could help us except Pharmacy Innovations. I called them up, at the last minute, in desperation and they were able to help us get our cat's medicine, literally, at a moment's notice.Their staff is kind, courteous, helpful and willing to listen. Fast and professional!Would not hesitate to recommend Pharmacy Innovations to anybody.We are considering whether to switch our cat's prescription over to Pharmacy Innovations but, at least, they will be our reliable backup!Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I can not say how relieved and happy I am to have their help!

Pharmacy Innovations Erie has Great Customer Services.KIRA- Helped me today and she basically saved my job. She was adamant on solving my issue and helping anyway she could. She returned my phone call and walked me step by step in resolving my issue. I am so Thankful to the wonderful staff ! I have a prescription that I have filled by Pharmacy Innovations. This month my prescription got delivered incorrectly by FEDEX. Meghan, from the Erie PA location went above and beyond to make certain that I had my medication. I cannot say enough about her amazing follow through, kindness and professionalism. Meghan, you a true asset to Pharmacy Innovations! I appreciate everything you did for me!

Megan K made signing up for a Covid test a breeze! She was super friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to get me the right test at the right time. I’ve had quite a few Covid tests due to travel and Megan K and Pharmacy Innovations have had the best service by far! Thank you Pharmacy Innovations for your amazing services.

Wish i could give it no stars. all the pharmacists were terrible, and couldnt even remember the most basic chemistry principles. The head pharmacist would write people up for simply using the bathroom. She was the worst person to work for, and held double standards for any male employee. The rat problem was horrid and i found my fair share of droppings in the lounge. Any management was a waste of space, and didnt care about you if you werent "cool". Dont apply. This place deserves to go bankrupt.

They say they call when the prescription is ready, but they do not call. In this age of smart phones, caller history is impossible to argue. Please do better at actually calling people when their prescription is ready.

This is a pharmacy that makes specialty drugs and creams to a specific order. Employees very helpful and knowledgeable.
