Everytime I shop here the staff is so kind and helpful! I love that I can always find a ton of great items and spend less money than anywhere else! I no longer live in the area, but every chance I get back home, I make sure to stop in to freshen up mine and my son’s closets!

Although I have always had a great experience at this location and have been patronizing the store with my family for years…. Today made me change my mind! I made my purchase and my son was making his. His purchase was done and the cashier was ready to bag his items as a Manager came over and said “ That was the incorrect price and she is refunding his card” huh….? The purchase had already been made and we were ready to leave? I had asked her what was the timeline on the refund? How was it that she decides after a purchase to take back the item and refund! Poor business practices at best. Our family of 14 yes 14 will not be shopping here in the future.

Today I went in and purchased a pair of Air Jordan 1s for 25$ everything was going well until the store manager approached the cashier that rang me up. She stated that the price on the shoes were incorrect and the price tag was wrong. All the while my card was still in the POS machine with the transaction already completed. The store manager took it upon herself to refund me my money and took the shoes back. Now it’s not about the money or the shoes. It’s the principal. To me that’s stealing. I already paid for them and then you decide it was the wrong price. That’s not my problem. In good conscience I can no longer shop here and I suggest others to follow. In this situation the customer was right!

It is an okay place to buy stuff sometimes, prices are a bit steep for used clothes most of the time. They buy at 70% less than retail, and then it seems that they only about 30% below retail most of the time! And as far as selling there, it's not a great place. Seems that even a day after getting the list of things that they "desperately need," I take my clothes in, and they always seem to be overstocked on everything and never want to buy, or thermally offer to buy one thing. I guess today's adventure at Plato's will be my last! Goodbye forever, scam artists!*EditDue to the response from the business, this was not just about my last experience in the store, this has been an ongoing issue with this store for over a year now.Let's go back in time a bit....the last time I took stuff to try to sell them, it was literally days after being in the store shopping being handed a flyer and told that these were items that they currently needed. Again, literally 2 to 3 days after, I went through my clothes, FRESHLY LAUNDERED THEM, took them into the store, and was told that they were already overstocked on items that again, LITERAL DAYS BEFORE, I was given a list of saying that they needed. And probably at least 5 times in the past year this has been the same story. And based on other reviews I've seen, I'm honestly surprised that they've been able to find enough suckers to keep them in business for the better part of 20 years!

Very well organized. Not the cheapest place but I'll pay more to have the second hand clothes organized and easy to look through.

This place is a great place to shop- nice brands and affordable prices. But if you’re going in to get some extra cash for clothes you are 100% going to the wrong place. Only go here if you were planning on donating the items anyways because they offer rock bottom prices. I brought in a bag with new dresses with the tags still on them they decided to take two for $2 each. LOL. I’ll never try selling my things here again but I will still shop here.

DO NOT DONATE HERE.Today I took a basket into the store- I had a pair of brand new $70 VANS sneakers- *never* worn still in the box. Some new with tags Victoria’s Secret workout outfitsNew with tags forever 21 jackets and pants.I was offered $27 !!Are you kidding me ? I asked how much they were offering for the vans and it was $4.40IN WHAT WORLD. ?!? Really greedy business model- they have “shop sustainable “ signs out frontThe only person this is sustainable for is the owner with the 300+% markup on items.I didn’t expect to get full Price for the shoes but. $4.40 is literally the most ridiculous numberDon’t donate your items here- sell them on offer up, do literally anything else this place is corrupt.** shoes are posted for reference

The staff was very nice but what they chose to keep was laughable. They kept a handful of cheap Walmart stuff I almost didn't bring with me and turned down all the like-new brand name clothing I brought. They were interested in two sports bras and a pair of shorts that are big name expensive brands that I was only going to get $2 a piece for so I kept them to sell elsewhere. Overall I brought three large bags packed with clothing and went home with $9. Glad I didn't make a special trip or it would not have been worth the gas.

Great selection. Friendly employees. But the lowballs are insulting $2 for pants. $1 for heels. But i guess that’s how they make their money
