Residential mini-split purchase
Russ and the crew are very friendly, helpful, and efficient. They will be transparent in telling you what to buy, and what not to buy to get the climate in your home to your liking. They installed a mini-split unit in my home in just about 2 hours. I will be recommending Preece to any homeowners interested in optimizing heating/cooling in their homes.

Yearly Service Appointment for HVAC: The person that answers the phone is very knowledgeable and sets an appointment right away. She wrote down any questions I had for the service tech. I had to call back twice to reschedule and she was very nice and accommodating. Tim came and did a great job on cleaning, testing and checking my furnace and AC. He took the time to explain everything he did to my system. The air in my home smells fresher and the AC is ice cold! Thank you!

Preece is a joke! He put red dye in the refrigerant and filled the system knowing there was a leak. He charged $400 for the refrigerant that leaked to find the spot of the leak when he simply could have used a refrigerant detector!!

A couple years ago I purchased a complete new HVAC system from Preece Heating & Cooling, which has been a great system. The installation went very smoothly as has any follow up service I have needed. Their people are very friendly, accommodating, and the service has been always prompt. I have no problems with recommending them.

I received five quotes for a mini split AC system for our 1800 sq foot ranch and Preece was the only one that provided a clear installation plan . Their quote was the least expensive and it was for installation of the leading brand-Mitsubishi.

Mike responded very quickly . He was here in 30 minutes. Fixed my mom's furnace and had the heat on within 30 minutes. I would highly recommend Preece heating and cooling for quick,excellent work and professionalism.
