They go above and beyond to help their customers!! I never had a specific garage I would go to, but I feel like I am in good hands here now and won't go anywhere else. Prices are fair, and they get the work done quickly.

The best, most honest, reliable, efficient mechanics in Erie Pennsylvania, they have literally saved my Jeep numerous times, they are very well priced, all of the staff are incredibly professional and understanding, I cannot thank them enough, I won't go anywhere else ever. Very refreshing to have good people in this industry.

We noticed oil under the left front during a brief stop off of the interstate, so we took our European vehicle to Premier Auto Service in hopes that they could do a diagnostic. K's scheduling prowess quickly got our car on a lift and M's quick action and expertise got the car repaired and us on the road that evening! After responding to our urgent request, and applying unique expertise, they charged us a fair market price for the parts and labour. We couldn't be more grateful

I went there and was charged 653.00 for back breaks and rotors when I only needed back breaks the rotors were fine... I desperately needed breaks and they squeezed me in and squeezed my wallet

They were very expensive. I was in a pinch I had to have a tire mounted on my rim I had the tire off the car and they charged me for $24 for the service. I do have to give credit for the fact that they got me in the last minute they were just closing. But it's highway robbery. The people were very nice. Sometimes it's worth the pay a little extra to get good service and have it done right so it's possible they should have got a couple more stars.
